Shades of Green Resort

I have never stayed here but in March 2007 I spent most of a morning visiting family members staying at the resort. I found the grounds to be great to walk around, the service at the table service location great, and we had a great time just relaxing with a view of the golf course.

The Geek's Thoughts & Suggestions

My suggestion would be that if you are a member of the armed forces you should find out more info on this resort because it may be a great deal for you. I have talked to several people who have stayed there and they all loved it. Also if you are golfer and want to stay a Disney resort you cannot choose a better location with two 18 hole courses (the Palm and Magnolia) as well as the 9 hold Oak Trail located on the grounds.

One disadvantage is the resort uses its own busses and not Disney's.
