Started the day at Epcot then trekked over to Disney Springs for lunch before visiting some Magic Kingdom Resorts and ending my day at Epcot.

Day 5 - Disney’s Animal Kingdom & Magic Kingdom

The Animal Kingdom turned 25 today so started there. Took a break back at Coronado Springs before returning to Animal Kingdom then heading over to the Magic Kingdom to end my day.

Started the day with resort early entry at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Did some resort hopping then spent the evening at Epcot.

My final full day started off at Animal Kingdom, then I tried to avoid the afternoon storms back at the hotel before venturing out to Epcot for the evening.

  • January 19-26, 2021 - My first experience back in the parks since the pandemic started in 2020. This visit we spent 7 nights in a Grand Villa @ Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. The picture sets take a look at the various projects that are underway plus ones completed since my last visit over a year ago as well as our experiences at the parks.
  • Dec 10-18, 2019 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights at Disney's Boardwalk Villas. Highlights from this visit include my first experience with Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and voyages aboard the Disney Skyliner. I stop by Disney's Riviera Resort on opening day to take a look around. New Christmas decorations and entertainment at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Plus construction pictures form Epcot, TRON and other projects.
  • May 7 - 14, 2019 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights at Disney's Pop Century Resort. This spring visit includes the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. Other highlights include my first visit to Lightning McQueen's Racing Academy, final viewings of Illuminations Reflections of Earth and checks of the ongoing projects including the Disney Skyliner, Gran Destino Tower, TRON, and Epcot.
  • December 4-11, 2018 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights at Disney's Boardwalk Villas. This Christmas time visit includes my 1st visits to Toy Story Playland in Disney's Hollywood Studios plus a look at the Christmas decorations and festivities around the parks and resorts.
  • May 15-22, 2018 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights at Bay Lake Tower, my first stay at this Disney Vacation Club property. This was a rainy spring trip that includes the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival and checks of the ongoing projects - Disney Skyliner, Epcot, TRON, and more.
  • December 4-10, 2017 - On this trip we stayed 6 nights at Disney's Board Walk Villas. This visit I had a large group of extended family with me. Pictures include a look at the Christmas decorations around the parks and resorts.
  • April 26 - May 3, 2017 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights at Disney's Board Walk Villas. Highlights from this spring visit includes the Mobile Lab, iCan in Tomorrowland, Grand Floridian Easter Eggs plus a look at the International Flower & Garden Festival. I also experienced the Caring for Giants tour at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
  • December 6-13, 2016 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights at Disney's Pop Century Resort. This Christmas Time visit was highlighted by the StarBright Drone show at Disney Springs. Also experienced Frozen Ever After for the first time at Epcot and Jingle Bell, Jingle Bam at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
  • April 30 - May 7, 2016 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights at Disney's Pop Century Resort.
  • December 7-14, 2015 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights at Disney's Beach Club Villas
  • December 8-15, 2014 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights at Disney's Beach Club Resort
  • April 29-May 5, 2014 - On this trip we stayed 6 nights at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani Village
  • December 9-16, 2013 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights at Disney's Boardwalk Resort
  • April 17-23, 2013 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights at Disney's Pop Century Resort.
  • September 29 - October 7, 2012 - On this trip we stayed 8 nights at Port Orleans Riverside. The highlight of this trip was the 30th Anniversary of EPCOT including a D23 event and park events on October 1st.
  • April 20-28, 2012 - On this trip we stayed 8 nights at Pop Century. Highlights include my first visit to Storybook Circus at the Magic Kingdom, Earth day at the Animal Kingdom to celebrate the parks anniversary, Epcot Vision House and a preview of Disney's Art of Animation Resort. Plus new Fantasyland Construction.
  • December 3-13, 2011 - On this trip we stayed 1 nights at Pop Century, 4 nights aboard the Disney Dream, then 5 nights back at Pop Century. I snapped over 13,500 pictures and took 88 video clips over the eleven days.
  • May 10-17, 2011 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights, 8 days at Disney's Pop Century Resort.
  • December 8-15, 2010 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights, 8 days at Disney's Pop Century Resort. We had the standard Disney Dining plan for 5 of the 7 nights. I snapped just under 4,000 pictures this time around as well as 20 video clips.
  • May 11-18, 2010 - On this trip we stayed 7 nights, 8 days at the Riverside. We had the standard Disney Dining plan. I snapped just under 4,000 pictures this time around.
  • December 9-16, 2009 - I took close to 6,000 pictures over the eight days. This trip was for 8 days and we were on the standard Disney dining plan staying at the Port Orleans Riverside. Also took part in the D23 Magic & Merriment Event during this visit.
  • May 6 - 13, 2009 - I took just under 5,000 pictures with my camera and have almost an extra 1,000 from three other cameras that were along for the trip. This trip was for 8 days and we were on the Platinum Package staying at the Contemporary Resort.
