Trip Log:
Started the day a bit late due to rain… headed for the Magic Kingdom and Buzz Lightyear, People Mover (Tomorrowland Transit Authority), Splash, Big Thunder, then out of the park and monorails over to EPCOT. Grabbed lunch then visited the Living Seas and then bussed to the Studios to catch the parade, bussed back to EPCOT after parade and took in Universe of Energy, took the boat to Germany and walked by the American Adventure then back to the Yacht Club.

Walked from Yacht Club to American Adventure, then back to catch Reflections of Earth from the Bridge by France. Back to room to call it a night.

Thoughts & Observations:

• Day 8 started off with Tornado warningsand watches for Central Florida... this brought back memories of my years in Chicago...a small twister did set down somewhere on the East Coast of Florida. We just had some mild rain and wind.
• We relaxed in the early morning hours and then saw a break coming in the weather (how I love the weather channels real time radar) and we headed for the MK. We arrived right as the raing was letting up. The park was pretty empty and we walked on a bunch of attractions (Buzz, Splash, Big Thunder).
• We split up again after lunch and half of us went on an excursion over to the Studios to catch the parade and then we all met up at EPCOT again. I was surprised at how quickly we made the route (left EPCOT around 20 min before the parade, saw the parade from near the entrance, then back to EPCOT. The round trip took just over an hour.)
• This was our last night so we ate at our favorite Restaurant, The Yachtsman Steakhouse and then took in Illuminations to end our day.
