Disney Lightning Lane Passes at Disneyland Resort

On July 24, 2024 a new Lightning Lane system was launched at the Disneyland Resort. The system has three options, Lightning Lane Multi Pass, Lightning Lane Single Pass and Lightning Lane Premier Pass. This system replaces the Genie+ system which replaced the MaxPass and FastPass systems.

Disney Lightning Lane Multi Pass

Features:

  • Pricing will vary check the app on the day you plan to visit for the pricing that day. Currently in the $30-$35 per person range.
  • Limit to one time on each available attraction
  • Cannot book another selection until your current one is redeemed or 2 hours have passed since you booked your previous selection whichever comes first.
  • Book the next available arrival window to ride
  • Modify your selections
  • Unlimited downloads of Disney PhotoPass pictures
  • Buy as a ticket add-on in advance or after park entry

Disney Lightning Lane Premier Pass

This is the most costly Lightning Lane Option. For a single price (originally priced at $400) you recieve one entry for each multi-pass attraction above. The difference is you do not have to reserve a time you can just show up when you feel like it and there are no restrictions in terms of booking times/windows.

Features:

  • Use one time on one attraction
  • Book the next available arrival window to ride
  • Buy after park entry
