    DCA Wait Times at 8:36am. The racers were down. Almost everything else was a walk on still.

    They were not using the FastPass machines this morning for World of Color. Instead two cast members were out dealing out the FastPasses.

    Only a 15min wait for Toy Story so we waited. It turned out to be slightly higher, about 17 minutes from passing the sign until on the tram.
    The numbers seemed to really stand out this morning.

    The Omnibus was full and a good size crowd waiting for the next one. There were two running this afternoon.
    Flags were at half staff again in both parks.
    Time for Soarin. Reached the midway point of the ramp and cast members announced one theater went down so wait times would be doubled. Luckily I was in the FastPass line and it meant only 15-20 min delay.

    Has anyone gone to this recently? I have not and am curious if it is still as lightly attended as what I observed last month.
    The All-American College Band was MIA for their 3pm set. They were delayed 10-15 minutes for some reason.
    I could not wait around since we were going to try Frozen again.. this time for the 4pm show.
