Winemaker Dinners, April 11, 18, 25; May 2 Award-winning wines paired with delectable culinary creations, at Steakhouse 55 Festival Wine Receptions, Fridays and Saturdays April 11-26 An evening under the stars, sampling dozens of fine wines. “Taste Wine Like an Expert” April 13, 20, 27; May 4 Entertaining education with Master Sommelier Michael Jordan “Taste of California Marketplace” Daily Food items specially prepared for the Festival, including Lobster Lollipops, Pepper Crusted Beef Tenderloin Slider, Wild Mushroom Risotto and more, available for sale with wine pairings, at selected food locations. “Napa Rose Cooking School” Saturdays (sold out) Executive chef Andrew Sutton of Napa Rose prepares a meal with 16 pupils, who go home with their own white chef’s coat. *Additional fee required.
