Geek's Thoughts: This book is contains just over 30 short pieces that range in length from 2-20 pages. They cover a variety of Disney related topics spanning the decades. Included are stories about Walt Disney, Imagineers, Walt Disney World plans, Disneyland, unbuilt projects and more.

I really enjoyed reading this collection of pieces by Michael Crawford. He has assembled an eclectic group of stories to share. He provides detail and crafts the stories in an entertaining way to read bring his perspective to some of them. Topics include some you would expect such as original plans for Epcot and the evolution of that plan. To lesser covered topics like the 1960 Olympic games or Bisontennial Ben. He also includes a look at the three unbuilt projects - Disney-MGM Studio Backlot in Burbank, Port Disney in Long Beach and Disney's America.

I would recommend this book to all who enjoy reading about Disney projects and historical stories. It is a moderate read with some great background information and Michael works to give context to the pieces.
