  At 8pm received an alert on my phone that I could enter the World of Color Viewing area.
  I went to check out the area around 8:10pm. The viewing entrance near Littler Mermaid was not open but the one on the Pier side plus the Yellow one further on were both open.

  The line to enter the Pier side went up to the top of the ramp. I opted not to stand in that and milled around the area waiting for the line to shrink or the other entrance to open. The other entrance opened around 8:15.
