    The Crystal Arcade renovation project has been completed.

    12:25pm - 15 minute posted wait for it's a small world, it looked longer but the Nephews wanted to ride so we got in line.

    1:00pm setting sail.. actual wait time 35 minutes. The sign and app were off by a lot today.

    Toontown is closed until next year. The walls are up at the train crossing. With the trees grown in there are views of the work going on. Too bad they did not opt to put a couple windows in the wall.
    Saw pictures that the signs were tagged originally for some purpose. Today no visible tags.

    The Royal Theatre has emerged from its renovation.
    Belle and Gaston were interacting with guests nearby.

    Frontierland felt busy.
    On the right is a line for the character meet and greet location. The location features Miguel from Coco and Mirabel from Encanto rotating throughout the day.

    Fantasmic renovations continue. The show will return on May 28th.
    Construction walls are up around the terraces and planters in New Orleans Square. They are being taken out to help with the crowd flow and queue for Pirates.

    Pirates of the Caribbean turns 55 years old today. Unfortunately no anniversary cruises as the attraction is closed for renovation.

    5:42pm - 25 minute wait posted for Buzz Lightyear and the nephews really wanted to ride all day so decided to get in line. Plus the attraction celebrated its 17th anniversary yesterday (it opened 3/17/2005)
