    As I was walking toward the stairs noticed a tower crane is up for the new DVC tower at the Disneyland Hotel.
    So I headed that way to start my visit.

    The Lunar New Year Celebration in Disney California Adventure started today.

    The area was busy with guests in line for the marketplaces, guests waiting for the procession and just normal traffic.
    I found a spot for the procession across from the merchandise location.

    The procession starts at the parade gate near Paradise Gardens and travels to the Obelisk where it reverses course and travels back the same route. There are no show stops (except the turn around) and no show this year.

    My last viewing of the its a small world holiday lights for this season. The attraction was closed in preparations for the fireworks (which seemed optimistic given the wind)

    Walking back to the parking structure. The scrim on the construction fences around the tram stop had been removed, assuming because of wind.
    The project looks to be wrapping up. It will be nice to have the option to ride again.
