    Arrived at the parking structures just after 7am and was parked and on my way to Downtown Disney by 7:15am.
    The north entry security is not open in the morning, you have to walk over to the west side and enter with the hotel guests.
    11 minutes from the picture on the bridge until in Downtown Disney. No waits at security and a quick walk this morning.

    Pluto's Pumpkin Pursuit is underway at Downtown Disney. There are character pumpkins throughout and you can purchase a map and go on the hunt for them (or be like me and roam around aimlessly looking for them).

    The half of the News Stand outside the parks is the new PhotoPass shop. It is called Photo Concierge.

    Town Square is quiet.
    Everyone was making their way up Main Street for the rope drop, this was at 7:53am, 7 minutes until park opening.

    We watched the crowds rush into the park then walked behind them in the calm after the storm.
    Decided to head for Fantasyland.

    We were thinking Snow White's Enchanted Wish, but it was not open yet. Nor was Casey Jr or Mr. Toad.

    All was quiet as I made my way to Black Spire Outpost. This morning I did not succeed in the virtual queue. I was hitting refresh at 7am and no luck.. they were gone in a second.

    A posted 10 minute wait for Smuggler's Run so went for a flight.
    They were sending us up the FastPass Return queue.
    7 minutes from entering queue to entering cockpit including several minutes for the preshow.

    The Mark Twain has been in for renovation this week (returns Saturday)
    The Harbour Galley remains open though, just no seating in the immediate area, you have to take your food down by the River or to Critter Country to have a place to sit.

    Went for a cruise on the Sailing Ship Columbia. Not many guests at 9:21am.. There were a handful of guests and four cast members on the cruise.

    You can see a crew is creating the forms for the new Pelican's Landing area. Looks like a new wall is taking shape for the seating area.

    Looking up river.
    I had not noticed.. the front canon that they usually fire was not there this morning. When that part of the spiel came up a cast member went up there and went through the motions then made a pow sound. I did not think fast enough to get a video. It was a fun moment.
    Talked to the cast members and they said yesterday they ran out of ammo and were waiting for it to be replenished.

    The walls have shifted and cove right up to the gift shop for the pavement project.

    The west side of the walkway is now complete and available to use. Here you can see the Fantasyland walkway, the new walkway then the old slury style leading up to the theater and train.

    At noon I made my way to Tomorrowland to virtually check in for the Magic Key Lounge. There were 62 groups in front of me at 12:02pm

    I received the text to return for the lounge at 12:11pm.. you have an hour to return so I watched the Cavalcade then made my way there. Arriving at 12:25pm and joining the queue.
    12:29pm I was let in. You are greeted with this photo op.
    Off to the right when you enter there is a small display case with some Magic Key items.

    A couple of vending carts selling refreshments.
    There are four photo stations inside the lounge. Three backdrops then one with a character. The center of the room is queue space. The wall along the windows has places to sit and charge your devices.
    The first two photo ops on the right are for Haunted Mansion. The first features the gingerbread creations from all the previous years. The second Muppet's Haunted Mansion.

    The final photo spot is another Magic Key one, this backs up to the entrance. Notice the table with cell phone holder. Each spot had one of these, cast members were not allowed to use your device.
