    Dirt is being put on the roof of the marina structure. Looks like quite a ways to go based on the black and the pipe/drain in the middle.

    On the far hill some barriers to help with the rain we have been experiencing. Overall the hill looks to be in good shape still.

    Concrete was being poured for the foundation of another building just beyond the large one.
    Between those two building they were working in a hole.
    You can just barely make out the crew working on the foundation/ground floor of another building.

    Moving on the Main Street Electrical Parade billboards are back at the Mickey and Friends tram stop.

    Crews out at the Splitsville site, but no real visible progress from the tram.
    Healthy lines at the ticket booths at 1:30pm on a non holiday Friday in February. Some schools had the full week off.

    Ticket prices went up since my last visit.
    Scaffolding has yet again covered all of the Guardians of the Galaxy attraction.

    A high school band marching through the park this afternoon (there is no day time parade right now).

    A check of the wait times at 1:36pm. A busy day today.
    Main Street Transportation was making the rounds as normal with two horse drawn street cars and at least one bus.
    Making my way into Tomorrowland. The entrance to Star Tours is being reconfigured, assuming for the new maxPass system.

    The walls in the middle of the walkway are down. They removed the planter so now it is just a support column. This creates a little more space for strollers and/or walkway.

    AP Days moves into the third week today.
    Button distribution had about 20 people in the queue when I got in line. By the time I walked around it had shrunk to only a couple.. so timing is everything.

    I waited to go inside, was about a 10 minute wait only.
    Inside the same options were available. They moved some of the signage around to help with crowd flow.

    This week the Country Bears are the featured characters. Shaker and Big Al were out when I stopped by.

    The line for the MSEP photo op was the longest when I was there. It wrapped around the back side and activities area.

    Sleeping Beauty Castle today.
    Some barges out on the river now as they prepare to bring Fantasmic back this summer.
    Up river they have one of the fireworks barges tied up.

    Pirates is still closed for renovation work.
    All the barriers and signs of work look to be removed from the island now. So the programming and rehearsing for Fantasmic can get underway at night.

    Poles near the entrance for the Haunted Mansion are an indication that the roll out or at least testing of maxPass is coming.
    Haunted Mansion Standby queue was an hour today and it overflowed and filled the courtyard and wrapped around the outside of it too. Wonder what the plan is for the Pirates queue once they add FastPass there again..

    But if you pan to the left a bit it does not look so bad.. thanks to Pirates being closed right now.
    Adventureland was busy as always.
    The Moana meet and greet has been removed.. makes little sense with the home video release coming up.

    The carousel line overflowed and wrapped around almost to the the Sword in the Stone.
    The Red Rose Taverne officially opened today in Fantasyland. This temporary overlay of Beauty and the Beast to the Village Haus.

    The line reached the sidewalk when I stopped by at 3:30. This was a little deceiving since they were holding the line inside and guiding people to registers with only one or two groups at each registered vs the normal lines at each. I was told it took about 10 minutes to get to order. The orders were taking a while though so total time was pushing 20-30 minutes from entering the queue till you were eating.
    The background music both inside and out is now Beauty and the Beast too.

    The queue for its a small world filled the terrace like it does for the holiday version.
    The sign said only a 30 minute wait but it looked longer.

    Main Street had a fair number of guests waiting for the MSEP parade already. A good amount of the curb seating was claimed, only 4 hours before parade.

    Still only three Frozen shows a day. This weekend there are no shows Sat & Sun because of other events in the theater.
    The scaffolding and wrap have returned. So was that just a test? Or was there a problem?

    As the lights went out for Remember I lucked out in terms of kids and ipads but balloons were my issue tonight! So no good pictures of the new projections.
