    As I walked along the 5th floor of the parking structure my first glimpse of the progress this week. More tree clearing.
    Clearing of the former ranch area and other backstage support facilities continues.

    The berm clearing looks almost complete. Guessing it will start to disappear soon.

    Looking into the park. Most of the concrete in the former Jamboree area looks to be broken up and ready for removal.

    Some of the new LCD ticket booth signs are in use.
    They are fairly hard to read unless you are right in front of them in line.
    Others are still waiting to be installed and have printed signs.

    A check of the new prices on a printed sign. Notice for 1 day it says to ask vs listing the three choices. Today was a $105 day.
    The electronic signs do have the 1 day prices listed. But interesting it says to ask about park hopper upgrade vs listing the price.

    First stop today DCA.
    The annual Egg-Stravaganza is underway with a dozen eggs hidden in Disneyland, DCA, and Downtown Disney. Some are in plain sight others a little more hidden. In this update I will try and keep it spoiler free and will post a separate picture set with just the eggs and their locations.

    Plenty of Make a Wish hats still available.
    The redemption center for egg maps in DCA is in Elias & Co.

    The map gives you hints at where the eggs are (note in DCA there are some challenges since a couple are in area currently closed for renovation on the map)

    Work continues on the Blue Sky Cellar. Have not seen any signs indicating what it is but saw some tweets speculation is it will be a DVC kiosk.
    Mater was out by Fillmores this afternoon.

    Route 66 was busy for early afternoon on a Friday.
    Red was at the Cozy Cone.
    Luigis was conducting an Annual Passholder preview today. It officially opens on Monday.

    The line was long. The mass of guests filled the area in front of the attraction and went down Cross Street.
    The end of the line was near the exit. Earlier in the day it had stretched to Fliks.

    I got in line at 1:21pm and this was my view...
    I caught a glimpse of the attraction but the line moved so I did not get to see much.
    A new banner for the new attraction. All the Festival of the Flying Tires signage has been swapped out.

    I reached the queue entrance which had a posted wait of 60 minutes from there at 1:31pm

    A 32 inch height requirement to ride.

    Exited the queue building and had a good look at the cars at 2:20pm, about an hour after entering the line.

    Time to board. I wanted the red car.. but I paused for a picture and someone passed me for it (I did not see a sheet with the car names, I know they each have one).

    The seats are hard plastic as you would expect and there is a single seat belt. No doors.

    Tower of Terror only had a 20 minute wait when I walked by.
    Walls up in the Hyperion queue. Also today they had the bench area open.

    AT Disneyland you can redeem your egg map on Main Street. They were also selling them there. No wait this afternoon
    The prize eggs are the same for all three hunts.

    Passing the Flower Market, nice to see it is still around. The last couple times there was one it did not last that long.

    The bakery is closed today.. so no fresh bread to purchase. I learned this after waiting in line at the Wharf Cafe (they had no sign posted). They had bread bowls but if you did not want soup you were out of luck.
