  • Page Number: 3
Traffic on Disneyland Drive was backed up heading into Downtown Disney. Wonder if it was Star Wars related or just regular parking backup. There was no delay for me, I used the overpass.
The Pinocchio lot was empty this afternoon. They were parking elsewhere.
The tram stop was not too crowded.
  • Page Number: 4
New banners line the stop, matching the Esplanade and Downtown Disney.
The signs in the garage and at the tram stop have been update to have the new policies on them and not just the selfie stick ban like before.

No line at security today. But they really do need to look toward a permanent solution. There is a random looking assortment of barriers, tents, and lights.
The word of the day for Friday.
  • Page Number: 6
Extra ticket counters and cast members have been added for the upcoming holiday rush. This afternoon there were no lines.
The big news story this week is the addition of metal detectors. There were several and guests were randomly being selected to walk through them.
A wider shot of the entrance. The white tents are the new metal detectors. There were a lot of security castmembers, police, and contractors as you entered. This was true for all entry points.

    First stop today, Disneyland.
As you entered Cast Members were passing out commemorative pins for Star Wars: the Force Awakens.
