Heading out to Fantasmic to try and find a standby spot. Plenty of space in the reserved area 15 minute prior to show time.. a lot of gaps and most people sitting.
Thought about visiting the Haunted Mansion it was a near walk on but decided to go try and find a spot for Fantasmic since I had not experienced the new viewing options yet.
Here is the stand by area on the far side.. it started about the exit to the smoking area and continued up toward the Harbour Galley. About 10 minutes till show time and there were just over a dozen guests in the area. It was a challenge to find and not marked.
  • Page Number: 96
Looking up the walkway. The rope on the left is the walkway for FastPass return. Notice the barrier blocking the standby entrance.. just a small gap that you had to find (or ask a CM). Makes it look off limits.
    Show time.
I moved up and was in about the best you could get in stand by.. you are almost even with Mickey.
