    DCA waits around 1:15pm
    Was walking down the parade route and noticed the Racers FastPass sign still showed availability.. cannot remember ever getting one after lunch on a regular day.

    The walls in the Wharf area have moved down a bit as work continues.
    The area that was walled off before is hard to see what happened. Guessing general renovation/painting work.

    Work is still going on along the bridge to the Castle
    It was reported earlier this week they are taking out all the seats as part of the safety measures (or as I like to call it trying to dummy proof the park).

    They marched on down the parade route and for their second stop I moved to be in front of them.
