    A wall up at the far end of the Mickey and Friends tram stop.
    As we drove around it hard to tell what is going on. Maybe some paver work.
    First stop today, DCA. Notice the lightpole is still missing out front.

    Another reason to dislike bubbles, which always seem to be around me for some reason. Instead of focussing on the chipmunks I somehow managed to get a bubble in focus!

    Equipment still along the Grand Californian. No signs of work this afternoon.

    Further along the trail they were setting up scaffolding on the side of the Grand Californian that is closest to GRR.

    The covered area on the right is still behind walls and tarps. This project is taking quite a while.

    They were just filling the queue as I walked by. The Racers had been closed for an extended period, over an hour a cast member said.
    Walked through Ramones. Some of the new pin stripped merchandise is on the shelves.

    Hard to remember what is new and not with the frequently merchandise releases in Cars Land. Is this new?
    Plenty of neon inspired merchandise. Most of it glows in the dark too.

    Showed up just before 2:00pm expecting to catch some of the 1:50pm College Band set on the Backlot stage. The audience was there but no signs of the band. Guess it was cancelled.

    The far set of turn stiles has emerged from behind the scaffolding looking as good as new.

    No visible progress on the new walkway. But you could hear them working.
    Noticed the right side of the emporium roof is filled in behind the iron work. It may have been this way for a long time but it stood out to me today.

    The normally peaceful stroll up Main Street was very loud today with what I am guessing is construction noise. It drowned out the background music and most of the other audio.

    The price of land has gone up in Frontierland. A 50% increase over last week when I walked by.

    Time for the All-American College Band. Only a few more weeks left of their summer run.
    After eating at the Village Haus walked out and saw no line for Casey Jr. So hopped on for a ride.

    Interesting... the third character is just listed as a Royal Friend.. anyone visit? Curious who is rotating through there. I did not have time to explore this pass by.

    Merida was out in the courtyard greeting guests. Since her meet and greet area was closed due to the parade about to start.
    Back to Frontierland.
    Stopped by to see a performance by Miss Lilly.

    She incorporated some elements that were in the Revue show, such as heading out into the audience and talking with people.

    As with any new Disney experience there were cast members counting and keeping records of how guests were spending their time. (I think they came through three times during the Miss Lilly performance counting).
    Made my way up the Big Thunder Trail to the Music of Nashville to catch the final set of the day.

    Arrived as they were wrapping up the preshow. This time they were giving out CDs instead of DVDs.
    This week there was a different band performing, Smith and Wilkes but one of the lead vocalists remained.

    We stopped for several minutes in front of Ursula. So here is a video clip of her performance, including an announcement that we were delayed..
    The Hearthstone Lounge at the Grand Californian is be renovated. While it is closed there is a temporary lounge set up with some tables outside.

    The window at Acorns Gifts & Goods that featured the Club 33 merchandise is back to regular merchandise since the club has reopened. This wraps up my visit. After this walked back to the garage, caught the fireworks, and headed for home.
