    Started off walking across the Pinocchio lot to Downtown Disney. Always looks odd to me to see a tram tractor without cars attached. A couple of CMs were working on this one.

    Seems like its time to update the screen outside ESPN Zone.. you could not even read the scores on it the resolution is so bad.

    They are working on the facades in Downtown Disney. A half dozen or so lifts were out this afternoon. I missed the parade of lifts as they left for the day but have seen video/pictures on the internet.. kind of an interesting event.
    All the shops remain open during the work.

    A look at some of the treats they were working on today.
    Starbucks has opened and had a good crowd inside. I took a quick look inside, saw the masses of people, and kept on walking.

    The fountain is still behind walls, but was being tested this afternoon.
    The Straw Hatters were performing on Main Street as I entered Town Square.

    Main Street was alive with activity. In addition to the spring break crowds I saw two buses, two street cars, the fire engine, and a horseless carriage making the rounds this afternoon.

    Alice in Wonderland went down for renovation since my last visit. They are moving quickly on the demo work. The temporary walkways are gone and they have started to take apart the ride path.

    From ground level you can see how they cut away some of the concrete for the ride path already.
    The props are tagged and ready for removal/relocation.

    You cannot walk around the Mad Tea Party due to the work.
    Small World remains closed as the interior work continues. No visible changes outside.

    Due to the work they had to relocate the handicap entrance. A couple of signs to point the way.
    The line for the Frozen Royal Reception was long as usual. Today it was long enough you could go to the gift shop, buy the movie, and watch the entire film while waiting in line.

    The Springtime Roundup officially starts next week but this week most of the props and signage were up.
    The stage has been moved from the center of the Jamboree out to the back corned by the gate.

    Big Thunder has officially reopened and the couple times I passed by the stand by wait was 70-80 minutes.

    I like how they tried to build the text into the prop a bit.. vs just throwing a sign up like most of the attractions around the parks.
    The extended queue was set up but not in use when I walked by.

    Indiana Jones is close for some work. The timing this year is odd closing it for the spring break season.

    The Little Mermaid is closed for renovations.
    Thought this was great. One of the cast members was reading to a group of kids. It was a Little Mermaid book of course.

    The 80z All Stars were performing at the Tomorrowland Terrace. They had a fairly thin crowd at this set.
