    I started off my Holiday weekend at the Disneyland Resort. First stop DCA.
    There is a new summer edition of the Buena Vista Bugle on newstands.

    Walked through Condor Flats on my way to get Fastpasses for World of Color.
    They no longer have Cast Members at each machine. You are on your own to put your ticket in and get your Fastpass. There was one CM nearby to answer questions.

    The Lone Ranger Train is in the Transportation Plaza on the East side of the Esplanade

    Disneyana has moved into the former Gallery Location in the Bank of Main Street.

    The Disney Gallery has moved next door into a small portion of the Opera House Lobby.
    The Gallery Features an exhibit for the Tiki Rooms 50th anniversary. I visit this in depth later in this update.
    In Town Square a photo location has been set up for Independence Week, part of the Limited Time Magic Promotion

    Stopped by the Jamboree to catch the Billies. They have updated the show times to show the proper College Band time now.

    In case you missed the last update, the current food choices at the Jamboree.
    Woody was just wrapping up his show as I arrived (which meant the Billies started late so I could see the entire show).

    I had not noticed they had the dipping sauces out for you to just pick up now. They used to be behind the counter and you had to ask for them.

    Noticed the stage area t the front of Tom Sawyer Island is open again, the tree house is not yet.

    Something stirred up the ducks and they were chasing each other around.
    New Orleans Square is peaceful this afternoon

    No wait for the Haunted Mansion they had guests going right in the front, not using the graveyard at all.

    The Tiki Room celebrated its 50th anniversary since my last visit.

    The Matterhorn Climbers were not on the mountain today. They did not give a solid reason why (started talking about the Yeti).. they said they hope to be back climbing tomorrow.
    The Small World Facade looks like it could use some TLC..

    Circled Toontown, not much happening, just guests moving about.
    Took in the 3:00pm showing of Mickey and the Magical Map. Plenty of seats.

    Made it over to the Big Thunder Jamboree a few minutes into the 3:25pm set of the College Band.

    I had not noticed before but there is no longer a drinking fountain on the west side of the train station. Guessing it was removed during the last rehab.

    Lines have returned to normal at Tower of Terror since the grad nite season is over.. only 13 minutes this evening.

    The Cozy Cone fountain still has not returned to full functionality.
    This was something I had not seen.. adults and kids all over the rail along Cross Street. Why? Is it that hard to stand up or is the view that much better from a foot closer? And where are the cast members to get them back on the proper side of the rail?

    World of Color is preparing for its evening performances.
    The barges are out with the fireworks for the 4th of July preshow.
    The picnic meals for World of Color are gone and the terrace now features California Craft Beers

    Arrived on Route 66 in time to watch the neon come on for the evening.

    Video of the Fourth of July preshow. It appeared to be the same as the last couple of years and due to the light breeze in our face meant we got smoke and some mist and not very good pictures.

    This years show featured Glow with the Show but unfortunately only one set near me and they were on a child so I could not get pictures/video of the ears with the show going on.

    Caught the first 10 minutes or so of World of Color before making my way to Disneyland.

    There were a lot of guests up in the Mermaid queue watching the show as I left. Wonder how the view is there.. will have to try it on a future trip if they keep the area open.
