    The bridge in the Mickey and Friends Structure has reopened to foot traffic (thanks to being parked in the very far corner of the garage again I got to see this).
    Looks like the steps have all been resurfaced.

    A good size crowd milling around the tram stop. Managed to walk right on a tram though.
    The La Brea Bakery is inching along. Looks like the roof is going on.
    A look at the west side of Buena Vista Street from the Esplanade.

    Gutters are on but the down pipes are not connected yet. That may have been useful on Friday with all the rain we got.
    Across the street there was a crew working on the building. Notice some of the roof is on, the windows are going in, and an awning ha been installed.

    Scaffolding has returned to the tower of the Carthay. Best guess is some touchup/cleanup work.
    A random shot of GRR, still no spinning on the final drop. No wait this cool morning either (it was in the 50s)

    Noticed some barricades up near the stroller parking for Little Mermaid.
    Appears to be some work along the base of the building, betting it has to do with the rains.. sure looks it.
    The painting of Screamins queue is moving along.

    No visible progress here. The walls obstruct everything.
    Time for a spin on the Fun Wheel.

    No activity at Maters this morning.

    A crew up on the roof of Flos working on the neon.

    Noticed the temporary fence inside is gone.
    Where the crew was working last week looks complete now.
    The work on the Lion King lot looks done. They have tweaked the entrance flow. You now drive in and make a left.

    Then travel parallel to Disneyland Drive and turn right and work to the back of the lot for the toll booths.
    Here are the two booths. (unless there are more booths hidden behind the trees.
    The base of the far cone is now orange.

    The Toy Story photo op has been removed.

    Speaking of Toy Story.. went for a ride since it was only a half hour wait. My score is the green one..
    And managed to set the mark for the day and hour. Guess none of the gamers were around this morning?

    There was a sign out front of the Animation Building listing the drawing classes for the day. Before you had to ask a cast member.

    Continuing down the street. The Elephants that once guarded the Backlot entrance have been removed.
    Work on the facades near the old Candy Store continues.

    The Condor Flats sign was not moving. Also the fountain was on in Carthay Circle.
    The marquee looks to be just about done, ready for the lettering. Also a better new scaffolding.

    Only one princess in the gift shop, seems everyone else was in line for the meet and greet, that was long as usual.
    Was walking by and heard the announcement for the Calling all Drummers show, so found a spot to watch.

    For those unfamiliar this show takes place several times over the course of the morning and features some of the drummers from the Soundsational parade in a little skit/performance.

    Stopped by Innoventions. I had not seen the new Honda display and contest that started several weeks ago.

    The outter ring has a seating area now, still surprised nothing is being changed and you enter walking up the ramp then exit through the first floor.

    Strolled through Plaza Gardens which will go behind walls on the 30th.

    Still sad to see this quiet area of the park go. Also seems odd to start a project in April with a winter opening vs doing it in the off season and having it ready for the busy holiday rush this year.

    Hmm some yellow tape by the Hungry Bear. Appeared to be a railing issue.

    Main Street had a good size crowd.
    Took the train back to New Orleans Square after dinner.

    Noticed this set of cars had the first row/bench removed near where the CMs stood. It has probably been this way for years, but I just noticed it.
    The gift cart at the exit to Haunted Mansion was not out today. This really helped traffic flow in the area.

    Only a couple more weekends of swing dancing in Plaza Gardens. Then the event moves to Downtown Disney during the construction.

    The truck had no wait though.. guess the alcohol is much more popular than the food.

    The final two crews performed this evening and the winner was to be crowned Sunday at the final of ElecTRONica.
