Noticed a crane working on Buena Vista Street.. no time to check in there now, off to meet some friends at Disneyland. Will be there later this afternoon.
They were directing ECVs to an open gate on the far side of the entrance area.
I thought they should also be directing strollers down there too.

A lot more crowded than last week but not holiday gridlock yet...
Only a few more weeks before the Bakery is slated to close.
The new bakery has no real visible changes from last week.

A podium set up on out side of City Hall, but seemed everyone was by passing it and in line to go inside.
A couple of carts in the Esplanade selling tickets. The line at the booths was short too as I walked by.
Next up DCA. Buena Vista Street is moving along with a lot of visible progress. The framing of the facades is moving quickly.

The walls have been pushed back and the queue for Disney Jr is now usable. The planters have been reconfigured and some new light. What a difference a few changes make to the area.
It allows for a different view of the Carthay.

Heading down to check out the Cars Land work.
They were doing some landscaping this afternoon. Always fun to watch a tree fly through the air..
A look down Route 66 reveals work crews have taken over the street with trucks, dumpsters, and port-a-potties.
  • Page Number: 22
Upon closer inspection noted new signs down the block.
The best look I could get with the trees, poles, people, etc in the way.

Thought this was interesting. There was a table out front of Paradise Gardens advertising what is available at the grill and they had some free samples.
It seemed awkward to me and gave me a Costco vibe.. did not really work in the area.

    The Cozy Cones.
More trees going in and being moved around.
  • Page Number: 30
A better view of several tractors at Maters.
The Carthay is a nice addition to the skyline.
  • Page Number: 31
This looks to be ready for painting.
  • Page Number: 32
Most of the scaffolding on the far wall is down. Only a few more stories to go.
All the trees really make it look more complete.

As well as in the Disney Jr. queue. Inside the lit window of the Carthay you could not see anything but some drywall.
