    The Tram stop signs have gone back to the same as last year for the two parks promotion.

    So have the Downtown Disney banners.
    Walls have gone up and the California letters are now gone in front of DCA as the new entrance work is underway.
    You enter on the left (East) and exit on the right (West) side.

    Looking back across the way at Disneyland.
    They have set up a rope line to funnel you to the entrance. This seemed to be working very smoothly on Friday.
    You work your way around past the Lost and Found and Guest Relations.

    As you round the corner they had all the available turn styles open and a CM to direct you to one.
    The large gates have been removed as have the banners.

    The Christmas decorations are gone.

    All the light posts and parade lights (except that one) have been removed in preparation for the walls being expanded even further out.

    The stroller parking and queue for Playhouse Disney are a bit cramped with the construction.

    The skies finally cleared... the Castle has most of the lighting removed, just the snow remaining. I think the snow should stay for more of the winter season.
    No parades today, but the cars and bus were running.

    The Haunted Mansion is being converted back to the regular show. The exterior looks done already.
