The Tram stop still has Toy Story billboards up, probably for a couple more weeks until the Halloween kickoff
The walls are down and the new concrete is in at the two tram stops nearest the Indy showbuilding
Also looks like some new asphalt or at least coating on other portions of the tram way

  • Page Number: 3
As I mentioned yesterday the walls stop short of the California letters
I thought it was cool on the back of the wall they have the back side of the letters
Great detail!! Especially for a construction wall.

In Condor Flats the water/mist was up fairly high
The parade was just starting as we walked by, here is where it makes the turn to head backstage by the Wharf area (through what will be the entrance to Cars Land eventually...)
  • Page Number: 5
Now on to World of Color construction shots for several pages... new foundations going in
    The wall looks complete
The area around the fountain is slowly taking shape
  • Page Number: 6
Noticed more bases going in along the front
The new stage in the middle of the viewing area
  • Page Number: 7
The start of the doors on what I am guessing is an equipment vault for speakers or lights.
Out on the platform more equipment is going in. At the WoC presentation I went to they said about 75 percent is now installed.
The concrete at the base of the swings has been painted/stained
  • Page Number: 8
The sign from Ariels is gone..
  • Page Number: 9
Rockwork is starting to take shape over the cable trays
The pipes are being run out to the platform, I was surprised to see them rising up that high. Wonder if that is show level?
  • Page Number: 10
Here you can see where the support column is going to be installed (notice all the bolts coming out of the ground)
  • Page Number: 11
Up on the Fun Wheel now, a look at the new building along Harbor
  • Page Number: 12
Not much visible progress in Cars Land, guess more pipes are in since I do not see them stacked up.
    Another shot of the stage
  • Page Number: 13
Part of the tent was rolled back and you could see where the cables head below deck.
  • Page Number: 14
A lift of some sort that looks like its going to be installed soon
The control booth concrete was aged
The grading for the Little Mermaid looks about the same.
  • Page Number: 15
A wider shot of the area
  • Page Number: 16
The lights were on and the villas look complete from this angle. Only a couple weeks until the official opening.
  • Page Number: 17
    A random shot of GRR
  • Page Number: 18
The lights were on by the pool area too. Also from this angle the wall looked down or moved. I did not make it over though.
Wonder if this is as deep as they are going to go?
  • Page Number: 19
One of the towers for the Jumpin Jellyfish is being worked on. Wonder if it will be tweaked at all or if its just a regular rehab
Noticed some people with cameras up on the observation deck
A better view of the current state of the swings from the Zephyr
  • Page Number: 20

I never notes the slate on the backlot props (also not sure if I mentioned it before but the Wall-E backdrop is gone)
  • Page Number: 27
You cannot tell much with the new backstage building from this angle
Nor this angle but I did not make it onto the monorail so these are the only two shots I have
Same with the new stroller building. Noticed the walls are now out further.
  • Page Number: 28
The sun was setting as we headed for Disneyland
Noticed two lights out at the Plaza Inn

Never really paid attention but this is the fridge.
More walls up at the Veranda
Fantasmic had a false start. It started ok then Mickey did not appear. He finally did, then the lights went out and he disappeared again as the reset the show to start over.
