    Surprised that the tram stop billboards are not updated with the new campaign for this year yet.
    We walked through Downtown Disney, which now has 3 stores closed and one more closing soon.. Here is the former Starabillies

    There was a long line at the Monorail security checkpoint, but not many people appeared to be waiting up at the platform.

    The Illuminations store is closing soon. Everything was 25-50% off.
    No signs of progress over at the former Department 56 location.

    Next stop for us the Grand CA to check out the DVC work
    The new pool area is coming along.

    They are repainting the main entrance to World of Disney

    The current ad for Annual Passes as you walk through the security tents.
    Some walls up on the far side of the California sign. Wonder if this is the start of work on the new entrance or just a minor rehab/patch job?
    Over at the Wharf the construction walls around the Luck Fortune Cookie now have signs on them.

    The area where they usually put the Christmas tree has been removed. My guess to improve traffic flow. It was an odd design and not that effecient.
    Looking off into the Bay you can see they were busy working on Friday.

    The bridge heading from the Bay Area to the Wharf is closed off and being worked on.

    The walls up in the Bay Area for the new restrooms now have signs too.

    All the parade lighting has been removed.
    The area now has a narrow walkway between the two sets of construction walls, but ODV is still operating the coffee cart.

    Some holes are now dug for the new boardwalk/viewing area for the World of Color show. Looking at the concept art the holes may be where the light/sound tower equipment will go.

    Not be left out Disneyland has its fair share of walls up now too.. as soon as you enter the park on the East side (the bank side) you are met by walls as the paving project continues).
