A look at the area closest to the garage. They are still using some of it as a staging area for utility work as the piping projects continue around the perimeter of the site.	8.05.16

In the center of the area a machine was driving steel beams into the ground. Could this be the start of work on a show building? Maybe retaining walls so they can dig a basement?	8.05.16

A look out on the island. The dirt level looks about the same as last week. Right up to the top of the conduit junction/access boxes on the right.	8.05.16

A lot of activity for the foundation of this area. Wonder if this will be part of the backstage marina for Fantasmic.	8.05.16

As dirt is moved around they keep reconfiguring the mound.	8.05.16

No real visible progress on the strip that stretches out to Critter Country Backstage.	8.05.16

From the tram route you can see they have created more mounds of dirt, guessing excavation for the pipes that will be filled back in once they are installed.	8.05.16

Out on the island renovation work continues. Here you can see some recently painted rock work and where they are with redoing some of the trees.	8.05.16

Interesting to note the level and placement of the access points for conduit here. Assuming that has to stay on dry land and not be under the river that means the river will need to swing further to the right there than it used to.	8.05.16
