It's Halloween, that time of the year when something strange takes place. There is an eerie atmosphere at Tokyo DisneySea, as the Halloween Party is under way led by the Disney Villains. Away from the spotlight for so long, the villains have prepared their presentations just for this occasion to impress the other Disney characters and Guests. To make the party even more surprising, the villains have sent an invitation to Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse individually. As a sign of respect for their hosts, Mickey Mouse and his Disney friends decide to attend the party in costumes themed to the Disney Villains.

The show starts when five barges with the Disney Villains arrive at Mediterranean Harbor, and Maleficent announces the opening of the Halloween Party with her powerful voice. The villains show off their unique attributes in a performance with the appearance of the Disney characters, who are their special guests. Impressed by the villains'Halloween party, Mickey Mouse suggests a dance that everyone can participate in to express appreciation for the villains. After Mickey Mouse shows the Guests how the dance is done, everyone dances together to the music. The Halloween party reaches a higher level of excitement and arrives at the finale.

The six leading Disney Villains appearing in the show (Disney film titles shown in parentheses):

  • Maleficent (from Sleeping Beauty): The powerful, evil fairy who put a curse on Princess Aurora and can transform into a dragon.
  • Captain Hook (from Peter Pan): Peter Pan's sworn enemy, the notorious hook-handed captain of a pirate ship.
  • The Queen (from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs): The beautiful queen who changes into a witch to give Snow White a poison apple.

  • Jafar (from Aladdin): The royal vizier who wields a magic staff and plots to take over as sultan of Agrabah.
