Christmas at Tokyo Disney Resort

November 9 through December 25, 2015 

URAYASU, CHIBA—Tokyo Disney Resort® will host a variety of Christmas-themed special events, programs and activities from November 9 through December 25, 2015, at Tokyo Disneyland® Park, Tokyo DisneySea® Park, the three Disney hotels, the Disney Resort Line and Ikspiari®. Guests visiting the Resort with family, friends and others dear to them will find a special, heartwarming atmosphere for the holiday season.

At Tokyo Disneyland, Guests will be able to enjoy the special event “Christmas Fantasy.” This year the theme is “Christmas Storybooks.” Guests will find happy Christmas scenes with their favorite Disney characters that have come right out of a storybook world.

The new daytime parade, “Disney Christmas Stories,” will bring to life pages from storybooks showing the Disney characters having fun at Christmastime.

Big pop-up storybooks and other decorations around the Park entrance and the Plaza in front of Cinderella Castle will also feature the Disney characters celebrating the holidays. And all through the Park, Guests will be able to enjoy a colorful and heartwarming world of Christmas as only Tokyo Disneyland can offer.

Tokyo DisneySea will offer the special event “Christmas Wishes” with warm and glowing illuminations highlighting the holiday atmosphere in the Park.

A new entertainment program, “A Perfect Christmas,” will be presented at Mediterranean Harbor and feature the Disney characters sharing their dreams of Christmas. And again this year “Colors of Christmas” with its fantastically shining Christmas trees floating on the harbor waters will be presented in the evening. The wishes of the Guests together with the Disney characters will light up the central Christmas tree on the harbor.

Christmas trees will also be found in American Waterfront. A 15-meter-tall Christmas tree decorated with oversize snow crystals will be set up in front of the luxury ocean liner, S.S. Columbia, while in the Cape Cod area, a tree decorated by Duffy, ShellieMay and Gelatoni will be set up for the first time. Other areas of the Park will also be decked out for the holidays.

After dark, the Park will sparkle with enchanting illuminations, primarily “Snow Crystal Illumination” in Waterfront Park at American Waterfront and “Fiesta de la Luz,” (Spanish for “festival of lights”) at Lost River Delta.

          The entire Resort, including Disney Ambassador® Hotel, Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta®, Tokyo Disneyland® Hotel, the Disney Resort Line, and Ikspiari will host events perfect for the holiday season.
