    Leaving the Boardwalk a little earlier today, it was just after 8am and the goal was to be at the Magic Kingdom by 8:55 for the new opening show.
    A clear picture of the work going on near the Magic Kingdom parking entrance for the new overpass.
    Arrived at the Magic Kingdom at 8:26am. Nice to be able to get this picture again with security moved.

    Decided to use the Annual Passholder entrance since the others had a few guests in line. Someone forgot to change the sign though and it says exit only.

    Since I was early went up onto the Train Station for some Main Street pictures. Scaffolding around the emporium as facade renovation continues.
    Main Street USA at 8:30am. Main Street now opens early so you can roam around, shop, eat before park opening.

    In the hub a cast member with a sign directing guests looking for tours and dining checkin this morning.
    Walt, Mickey and Cinderella Castle this morning.
    A very small crowd in front of the castle for the show. This was about 15 minutes before show time.

    On either side of the clock area notice the banners with the rectangular cutouts. Those are new lasers for the upcoming Happily Ever After show.
    At 8:55 the Let the Magic Begin show begins on the Castle Stage.

    Looking behind me there are guests but not a big crowd.

    Making my way to Tomorrowland. Walls up at Cosmic Rays as the seating is expanded.

    Decided to make my way to the Tomorrowland Speedway since it had been a while since I last visited and I realized I did not have a full video of the attraction.

    The posted wait was 5 min (a little hard to read in the picture). This turned out to be wrong, it took almost 15 minutes. They had only one load zone in service and four cars at a time.

    Took 10 minutes to get to the ramp/FastPass+ merge point.

    They opened a second track so now running at half capacity at 9:50am.

    We missed the bus by a few minutes so had half an hour to roam around Tomorrowland. iCan was out so we said hi.

    The FastPass+ Return line was really backed up for Buzz..
    It stretched around the corner toward the Laugh Floor.
    A quick look through a store since I still had some time.

    Caught the 10:30am bus to the Animal Kingdom. Passing by the TTC. The security wait looked minimal at the moment.
    Utility work underway in preparation for the new roadways going in.
    Something I do not recall seeing before. People fishing in one of the retaining ponds. These two guys were fishing in the pond as you exit World Drive to Buena Vista Drive.

    Across Buena Vista Drive from Coronado Springs it looks like they are using the area as a staging site for construction.
    To get to Animal Kingdom the Express buses use Western Way and you enter through the back gate. Along Western Way you can see the tree farm for WDW.
