This shirt confused me.. first three are for park openings featuring park icons.. Magic Kingdom 1971, Epcot 1982 and Animal Kingdom 1998. Then the last one shows Tower of Terror and is 1994. It is out of sequence and an attraction not park opening. And the text at the bottom is odd too.. the order does not match the pictures.
Next stop for me the Studios

At this point it started to rain. Of course I did not have an umbrella with me.. but I did have a rain jacket.
So I had to seek cover under an awning then when it let up the Backlot Express. I moved every time it let up to head for the exit. It started around 8:20 and I wanted to make Illuminations at 9:30.
Hollywood Blvd around 8:40pm with a light rain coming down.
  • Page Number: 95
Something going on in the parking lot adding to the backup out there.
Passed by the Boardwalk at 9:15pm
I made it into the park about 5 minutes before Illuminations started. I opted to watch from the bridge by the International gateway.
  • Page Number: 96
That turned out to be a bad idea due to the smoke/wind so I kept moving and eventually ended up by Canada.
Looking back up the path toward the UK.
There were fireworks out there somewhere..
  • Page Number: 97
Here is some video from the show and walking back after.
After the show had to walk into the smoke to reach my room.
  • Page Number: 98
It was still pretty heavy at the International Gateway.
  • Page Number: 99
Thought this looked interesting with the people in the fog..
And a line of guests parading by these rooms all heading back to theirs in the smoke.
