Back to where we started.. Pop Century. After checking in it was time to head to the buses.
The other day I do not think I got a clear shot of the new signs at the bus stop (well new since my May trip).
  • Page Number: 2
Headed to Animal Kingdom to start my day.
Noticed much of the scaffolding in the Monkey area on the Pangani Forest trail was down.
  • Page Number: 3
Some random shots from along the trail.
My only picture of the young gorilla.
  • Page Number: 4
A better shot of the area they were working on Saturday. Looks ready to go.
  • Page Number: 5
On Safari now. A look up at the bridges for the Wild Africa Trek.
A couple of people walking by. Both appeared to be Cast Members.
    A truck awaiting the group.
  • Page Number: 6
A good variety of animals out.. I think this is the most species I have ever gotten in one shot..five I think I count.
The baby, a juvenile and adult elephant.
  • Page Number: 7
Next headed over to Everest to meet some friends.
  • Page Number: 8
Then lunch in Dinoland. I am not sure if I ever really noticed this sign before.. Hip Joint.. get it :)
    Over to Asia after lunch.
  • Page Number: 9
The detail on the umbrellas never stuck out to me..
  • Page Number: 10
    The tigers were fairly active.
  • Page Number: 11
Was there a rail here to lean against before?
    Time for Flights of Wonder.
  • Page Number: 12
The waits as I headed out of the park and back to move the luggage to the room.
  • Page Number: 13
Thought it was funny how the Christmas tree support is in the middle of the memories photo spot. Wonder if that will be removed soon.. that promotion has to be almost over?
Random window as we headed for our room at Pop Century.

There was a promotion going on for Annual Passholders, a free calendar. It was a bit odd. There were two pockets in the calendar. One with the months and one with art work and you had to manually switch both. Here I laid the art on the bed to look at.
A couple shots of the artwork.

This time around we stayed in the 50s.
They were working on the base of Lady.. the top portion must have been redone recently.
    Next stop the Magic Kingdom.
  • Page Number: 16
The Street Party was going on as we arrived in the Hub.
  • Page Number: 17
Still seems weird to me at how poor their night time parade lighting is compared to Disneyland.
  • Page Number: 18
Some picture from Cinderellas Holiday Wish (the castle lighting event). It appeared to be the same as years past.

All lit up for the evening.
Next up we stayed where we were and watched the Main Street Electrical Parade come by.
  • Page Number: 21
  • Page Number: 22
A video clip of the previous units going by.
  • Page Number: 23
The clock tower without the top is still so odd to me (it is off so it can fit down Main Street with the garland)
  • Page Number: 24
Next up the Magic, The Memories & You!
  • Page Number: 25
Here is a video of the entire show (including the holiday segment).
Near the end there is a couple minute Christmas segment that has been added.
  • Page Number: 26
This brought back horrible memories of the parks 25th anniversary celebration.
After the show it was time for Wishes.
  • Page Number: 27

After the show hung out in Liberty Square for a while to let the crowds leave. While there noticed there were projectors for the side of the castle inside one the second story of the Christmas shop. Never really noticed thought about it. So there are 4 banks of projectors? Tomorrowland, Main Street East, Main Street West, and Liberty Square?
Strolled through the shops on my way out.

    Already pushing New Years.
The Emporium windows had their traditional Mickeys Christmas Carol window displays.
  • Page Number: 34
The garlands get in the way of the Magic, Memories and You from this angle.
But I think it looks interesting when lit up with fireworks.
To end with a shot of the toy soldiers.
