- 8:08am - My Magic Kingdom Bus arrived early
- 8:26am - Arrived at the Magic Kingdom
- 8:29am - Inside the Magic Kingdom
- Main Street USA
- Early morning check in is on the Tomorrowland side of the hub.
- 8:33am - Through the checkin and on my way.
- Cinderella Castle this morning
- The walkway to Fantasyland is being renovated near the restrooms
- Heading to Fantasyland this morning
- My first thought was Peter Pan, it was not running and the queue was filling fast.
- The queue stretched back toward Harbour House
- So I opted to go across the way to it's a small world.
- small world was a walk on.
- Some pictures from my cruise.
- 8:55am - Peter Pan was open but posted at 50 minutes so I decided to just wait for the park opening and head to the Haunted Mansion in 5 minutes.
- Other guests had the same idea.
- 8:57am - They opened up a few minutes early, but the Haunted Mansion was down and not operating. The cast members had not ETA.
- The Rivers of America
- The Liberty Belle in port
- 9:02am - Ended up at the Jungle Cruise. It was posted at 10 minutes but that seemed wrong.
- 9:25am - Onboard a boat, so 23 min wait.
- Big Al was roaming Frontierland
- 9:45am - The Haunted Mansion was open and had a 13 min wait posted.

- 9:55am - In the stretch room. So it was about a 10 minute wait.
- Decided to visit Pirates next
- 10:18am - 10 min wait posted but it looked longer.
- 10:35am - Turned out to be nearly double at 17 minutes.

- The Liberty Belle was preparing to cast off so headed that way.

- 11:27am - Decided to go wait in line to visit Tom Sawyer Island
- While in line I noticed a piece of track flying over Big Thunder.. so I exited the queue for a better view.
- Big Thunder Track being hoisted into position.
- Big Al was along the Rivers of America supervising the track installation.
- He was directing the crane.
- Here you can see the piece being swung into position as it is lowered
- The Liberty Belle steaming by.
- Big Al stood next to me for a while directing the crane and waving to the Liberty Belle.
- 11:38am - Returned to the queue for the rafts to Tom Sawyer Island
- 11:54am - Finally reached Tom Sawyer Island
