- 6:45am - The view from our balcony at Disney's Riviera Resort as the sun rises this morning.
- Passing through the lobby this morning
- 7:00am - At the bus stop and ready to go.
- 7:02am - Onboard the bus to Disney's Animal Kingdom
- 7:16am - Arrived at Disney's Animal Kingdom
- Used the Resort Guest early entry and on our way into the park. The left side is for this, the right side is where off site guests are queued up.
- The Tree of Life
- 7:27am - Caught up to the crowd waiting to be let into Pandora just as they were walking across the bridge. (Park opening is 7:30 this morning)
- Almost the entire crowd is going to get in line for Flight of Passage. No one in our group had a desire to ride this morning so we went left to the River Journey
- 7:34am - There was no wait and we walked right up.
- When we were leaving even less guests.. they were sending empty rows.
- 7:51am - The queue for Flight of Passage just kept growing.
- Walking through a peaceful Harambe on our way to the safari
- 7:56am - No wait time posted yet since it does not open for 4 more minutes
- 8:04am - Trucks are moving now and so is the queue.
- 8:09am - Spotted our first animal of the morning a black rhino.
- Hippos
- There was not much going on when we passed through the main savanna or elephant country.. seems they all were sleeping in. The male lion was moving around.
- A male gorilla visible from the exit of Kilimanjaro Safari.
- We circled decided to walk through Gorilla Falls and see what was going on.
- Not much.. spotted a few gorillas out.
- Stopped to regroup in the new seating area.
- Lemurs
- Winged Encounters parrots
- Next stop Asia to meet up with our group that was on Expedition Everest
- Gibbons moving around.
- No wait for Kali this morning so some of the group went for a ride.
- I opted to stay dry.
- Next up the Jungle Trek, a Komodo dragon
- Spotted a tiger laying around.. no activity so kept walking.
- Decided to stop and see Feathered Friends in Flight! since it was about to start.
- Ate lunch at Yak & Yeti. The view from our table.
- Kevin passing by.
- 12:40pm - Time to leave Animal Kingdom.
- Guests waiting for the EPCOT bus.. so I did not just miss it.
- A Zootopia wrapped bus
- Toy Story Bus
- Peter Pan Bus
- 12:50pm - My EPCOT bus arriving.
