- 7:12am - A look outside before heading out to the parks this morning. Our destination is the Magic Kingdom in the distance

- Bus stop locations. I found it interesting they had stops for EPCOT and DHS as 2 & 3 even though the Skyliner is primary for those parks and buses only run if there is a problem. Seems DAK and Disney Springs could be spaced out and using closer stops to
- Also putting the most crowded as the first stop is an interesting choice.
- We must of just missed the bus. There was none in sight when we walked up. But a long wait.
- 7:57am - On the bus and leaving. The red awning on the top floor just to the right of center is the living room window for our room this visit.

- 8:18am - Arrived at the Magic Kingdom

- 8:23am - Main Street USA. Early morning starts at 8:30am.
- 8:26am - Early entry guests waiting to be let into Tomorrowland.
- 8:27am - Rope drop a few minutes early.
- My plan was the People Mover, which of course is not part of early entry.. oops..
- Renovation work on the stage
- Walking through a quiet Tomorrowland, except for the engine noise
- Cars staged and ready to be brought onto the single track that was open this morning
- Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is where a large number of the early entry guests went. Most of my group was in that queue.. hoping the signs were wrong.
- Decided to walk through Storybook Circus
- Signs up for the new Smellephants
- The ticket booth said 10am-6pm are the hours.
- A look at some of the smellaphant statues
- I received a text saying my youngest nephew decided the Mine Train wasn't for him so I had to pause my smellephant pictures and go get him
- He wanted to do the Speedway so we hopped in line at 8:44am.
- The queue could use some TLC
- Most of the cars were waiting to be started.
- 8:55am - It was about a 10 minute wait since only one track was open and limited cars running this morning.
- 9:07am - Next up Buzz Lightyear
- Returned to Storybook Circus for more smellaphants
- The Walt Disney World Railroad
- 9:27am - The rest of the group finished with the mine train and we met them for Barnstormer which was a walkon.
- 9:38am - Back to Tomorrowland so the other nephew could ride Buzz, was just under a 10 minute wait.
- Next up the Peoplemover
- 10:12am - Getting more crowded but still pleasant to walk around.
- Time for a spin on the Tea Cups, no wait.
- The Encanto Meet and Greet had a wait.
- Cinderella Castle
- Adventure Friends Cavalcade making its way into the hub.

- 10:47am - Next up Pirates of the Caribbean
- 11:05am - Boarding the next boat so 15 minutes was just a few minutes off.
- Tiana's Bayou Adventure is nearing completion and opening in June
- 11:19am - Frontierland this morning
- Logs in the flume, but no water at the moment.

- We went out to Tom Sawyer Island for a bit since the nephews had never been there.
