This trip I parked at the new LAX Economy Parking lot. This garage opened in October and in a couple years it will be connected via the Automated People Mover (the new elevated train system) to the main terminals. This was taken at 7:50pm.
For now you connect via bus, here is a look inside one of them.
Buses pick up/drop off on the lower level of LAX under cover in the pink zones.
By 8:34pm I was in the Delta lounge, so 45 minutes after parking to take the bus, check bags, go through security and reach a seat.
Onboard and ready to start this vacation.
11:37pm - Lifting off from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

While taxing to the gate I was able to secure a boarding group for Ratatouille for later today.

A photo op outside the store.
8:00am - Done with breakfast and arriving at the Magical Express checkin.
So happy I never had to experience this full. We usually take the red-eye so it looks like this when I arrive.
Our bus is waiting. Turned out to be a private coach today.

A brief video clip arriving at Walt Disney World via Magical Express.
This was my first time sorta seeing the repainted entry arches.
$3.33 for gas.. it was over $5 near LAX.
9:05am - Changed and dropped our bags. Ready to start the day. Notice there are no gingerbread houses this year in the Boardwalk Lobby.
The ground level from the stairs around the lobby was being renovated. The concrete was being replaced.

You could just barely make out the Yacht Club in the distance.
ESPN has yet to reopen.
A group returning from a morning fishing trip.
We still had over an hour until the 10:30am early morning entry time for resort guests to EPCOT. They had not even opened up security yet.
The Disney Skyliner was just opening for the day so we went for a flight.
The fog was slowly burning off in spots.
9:43am the line to return to EPCOT was rather long.
A little over 20 minutes later and we were back in the air on our way to EPCOT. The Swan Reserve is open now.
The renovation staging area in the Boardwalk parking lot. This wraps up part 1 of today. Part 2 will be our morning/early afternoon at EPCOT.
