- I was up early so started my day with this view of the sunrise over Bay Lake.
- Several fishing excursions preparing to leave this morning at 7am.
- A little over an hour later the sun is up.
- An enhanced cleaning sign in the room explaining what they do.

- Our room. We closed the shades to keep the afternoon sun out so the room would be a comfortable temperature when we returned later.

- The line for Disney's Hollywood Studios at 9:02am.
- Signs for other destinations.
- A sign at the bus stop listing transportation. Thought it was noteworthy how Epcot Monorail is covered with tape.
- A cast member kept walking around telling us buses for the Studios were on there way. At 9:15 three buses showed up for Disney's Hollywood Studios.
- By 9:18 we were on one of them and ready to go.
- Arrived at Disney's Hollywood Studios at 9:34am
- Through security and ready to enter the park at 9:49am.
- A familiar site.. an A-Frame saying the morning Rise of the Resistance Boarding Groups were gone (we tried earlier this morning and the app crashed so we did not get one).
- Hollywood Blvd this morning at 9:43am
- Waits were already beyond our patience for several attractions so we turned down Sunset Blvd.
- And headed for the Sunset Showcase to visit Lightning McQueen and friends.
- Tower of Terror from the courtyard.
- Within 10 minutes we were inside and seated. Every other row was blocked out and groups were spaced apart on the benches.
- The section to our left.
- Walking by the Animation Courtyard.
- This area was roped off.
- A billboard for Soul on the back of the Runaway Railway building.
- The extended queue for Toy Story was set up and the entry was near the restrooms before you enter the Toy Story Land.
- Luckily it had shrunk and was not out that far when we decided to join.
- The end of the line was about the entrance to the land at 10:30am.
- The wait was posted at 30 minutes.
- A look at the Toy Story queue as we worked our way through it.
- I have not walked much of the Standby queue.. we always had FastPass+
- The wait ended up being about 20 minutes. We were ready to exit about 25 minutes after first getting in line.
- Next stop Black Spire Outpost.
- Spotted Vi Moradi moving around the Outpost.
- Markers and signage up throughout to handle the crowds. Most were not needed this morning.
- The backstage gate was open for queue for Smugglers Run.
- An area set up for PhotoPass pictures.
- Spotted Chewbacca and Rey.
- Passed through the Muppet Courtyard and grabbed lunch from Rizzos
- The Pixar Cavalcade making its way through the Echo Lake area.
- I never found a good time to go see this short, it is new since my last visit.

- We tried for a Rise of the Resistance Boarding Pass and managed to secure one.. with a return time a little over an hour away.
- Walked back through Toy Story Land.
- Went for a spin since it was a 5 minute wait.
- Returned to Batuu.

- Stopped by Dok-Ondar's
- Received our notification for Rise of the Resistance around 2:00pm so only an hour wait/return time.
- An A-Frame pointing the way to where the queue starts.
- 2:02pm entering the queue.
- We had to walk through the outdoor queue but did not have to stop or slow down.
- Reached the briefing room area at 2:21pm, so 20 minute wait.
- We were assigned a colored dot to stand on.
- When we moved into the briefing room we were to find the same dot. There were several of each color so this led to a bit of confusion.. seems they needed a letter or number in addition to a color.
- Time for our briefing.
- Dots outside the shuttle to wait on too.
- Inside the shuttle were dots to stand on and plexiglass up to try and separate the areas a bit.
- I thought we were walked through the hanger a little to fast to really soak it in.
- On our dot waiting to go into the cell.
- Onboard and ready to escape at 2:36pm.
- 2:43pm we were exiting. So 42 min since entering the queue. 102 minutes since picking up our boarding group.
- The queue now filled the outside area and stretched back toward the tunnel on Grand Ave.
- Passing by Indiana Jones
- The Skyliner overhead.
- Checking for our stop number.. 28 for Contemporary.
- 3:17pm heading to the bus stop to return to the room.
