Passing through the lobby of Disney's Boardwalk Resort to start my morning.
Decided to take a boat to Epcot this morning to save some steps.

A look at the work in the France at World Showcase as we docked. This building on the far side appears to be new restrooms.
The facade of the original building is being completed now that it will be onstage.

All quiet leaving Epcot at 9:50am, most guests are arriving.
From the queue there is an unobstructed view toward a backstage roadway. Wonder if this will be changed.
Onboard and departing the station in less than 2 minutes from entering the queue.

This will be the primary walkway to reach the new area.
New sections of concrete have been poured and preparations for the next are under way

The road is closed beyond the Boardwalk so to reach the Beach club you have to go back to Buena Vista Drive.

Today is opening day for the resort. The opening ceremony was going on. A line of first day guests arriving.

Transferring to the Hollywood Studios Line. As for timing it has been 16 minutes since my picture of entering the queue at the International Gateway.
Two minutes later we are onboard and taking flight.

Decided to pay a visit to Walt Disney Presents.
Nothing jumped out at me as being updated since my last visit.
Was hoping for an expanded look at the Runaway Railway opening in March.

I skipped the movie and walked back through the displays to exit.
Passed through the Incredible Celebration area, it was really quiet.

As you walk around the park plenty of A-Frames up telling you there are no more boarding passes for Rise of the Resistance
10:36am and up to group 46.
Wait times around the park this morning.
The new building for the Toy Story restaurant is taking shape.

The extended queue is not in use for Slinky dog. Umbrellas are up and offering zero shade at the moment.
Found the end of the line but no indication of the wait.

We had FastPass+ so the rest of the group went for a ride.
Then we headed for Batuu.
Fans are throughout the land to help with the Florida weather.

A queue set up for PhotoPass (this is where there is another entrance/exit to the land at Disneyland).

This morning a closer look at the small Millennium Falcon on the underside of the large one.
100 minute wait this morning to ride Smuggler's Run
In line to try the super zoom magic shot from PhotoPass since there were only two groups waiting.
The view while I waited.
It was a two stop process. First up a standard photopass photo then the super zoom which is taken by a remote camera on the far side of the courtyard and will zoom in and out on you.
Putting down more tape to try and keep guests out of the PhotoPass area.
X Marks the spot where you need to stand for the Photo.
Umbrellas up throughout the land to try and help with shade. Really a different look than Anaheim with them.

A card game going on as I passed by.
The Marketplace this morning.
The colors here are different than in Anaheim.
There are a lot of Cast Members at the entrance to Rise of the Resistance to help with the various queues and checks. This group was checking for FastPass returns (FastPasses/reboarding passes are issued if it goes down as well as for boarding groups that did not get called the previous day).

11:25am and on group 54.
This line of Cast Members scans your Magic Band/Ticket to verify your boarding group then you can enter the queue.

A good size line of guests entering the park at 12:15 as I exited.
