Time to start day 5. A look outside before leaving for the parks.
Hmm.. the bus line is backed up quite a ways this morning.
These pictures of the queue were taken at 8:55am.
On a bus and heading to the Magic Kingdom at 9:18am. But as soon as we merged onto World Drive traffic was at a crawl.
Finally on the turn off for the Magic Kingdom. The new flyover saved some time.
Magic Kingdom traffic was really backed up this morning.
9:38am arrived at the Magic Kingdom and searching for a good line to enter the park.
Found one and at 9:40am in the park.
Main Street USA this morning.

Making my way into Tomorrowland.
Decided to pay a visit to th e Carousel of Progress since it was loading.

Next up the People Mover.
A look at the former path to Storybook Circus that will become the path to Tron in the next couple of years.
Walls are up on the backside of the Speedway for now. Eventually the Speedway will close to be reconfigured too.
Here is the wall at the former start of the walkway.

The Walt Disney World Railroad is closed for the next year or so for Tron construction.
You cannot see much from Storybook Circus.
The Tron sign is beyond where you can see/get to unless you are in the Barnstormer queue.

Had some time so played Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom for a while and picked up some new cards.
Time to leave the Magic Kingdom.

We were taking a boat to Fort Wilderness. Here it is arriving.
The Grand I was out for a cruise this morning.
Here is some video from the first part of the cruise from the Magic Kingdom toward Bay Lake.

A small boat on the side we need to dock at so we had to wait.
The Grand I backed into the other side to pick up some guests for a Birthday Cruise (the banner says Happy Birthday).
Arrived at Fort Wilderness just before noon.

I had some time until our reservation so went for a walk through the Tri-Circle D Farm area.

I will miss the tour due to my reservation. Maybe next time.

Pulled up a chair to wait until our table was ready.

Cruising to the Contemporary. I saw no signs of construction yet for the new Disney Vacation Club resort that will be built here on the former River Country site.

Next up a visit to the gingerbread display.
This year is once again Cinderella with a Mary Blair nod.

This was different. A photo op near by.
Next up decided to take the Monorail to the Grand Floridian but due to it taking so long decided to go all the way to the Magic Kingdom. This was passing through the Transportation and Ticket center. This took 15 minutes to reach from the Contemporary.
It took 30 minutes to reach the Magic Kingdom from the Contemporary by Monorail.
I found the tap queue for the will call ticket booth funny. Not sure why the arrows were needed, nor the queue for that matter.. guests cannot line up?
