Tokyo Disneyland Resort Pictures
The text list below contains the captions of all images in the set.
6:28am - A look outside. It is cloudy and wet but the forecast is for it to clear up.
The first monorail arriving at Bayside Station this morning.
6:52am - A good size line of guests already at Disneyland is visible in the distance.
A closer look you can see the guests lined up beyond the Monorail beam.
Before breakfast I needed to buy a park ticket for today. The app said sold out, but the hotel had a supply.
First confirmed I could buy them. They only except cash, no room charge or credit card.
I had to use the currency exchange machine in the lobby since I did not have enough cash to purchase the three tickets we needed for the day.
The current rate of 127.79 yen to the dollar was actually better than our original cash exchange rate before arriving but not as good as what we have been seeing on our credit card (that was in the 130-135 range)
You still get a paper ticket if you purchase this way. Interesting they are generic not 40th and you could not add it to the app until after you scan into the park.
Next up Breakfast in the lounge
Not used for breakfast but I was waiting for the toaster. This is a beer dispenser. Glasses are filled from the bottom.
Looking down at the courtyard from the glass elevator as we headed back to the room.
8:07am - Looked a little brighter out to us.
8:16am - Opted for the shuttle to Bayside since it was there when we were leaving.
8:23am - Onboard the Monorail and on our way. A look at Fantasy Springs work as we departed.
8:26am - Tokyo DisneySea waits, 34 minutes before park opening.
The Monorail was not busy.

8:32am - The security line for Disneyland on the resort gateway side.
Guests queued up at the park entrance after security.
8:35am - The security line on the other side, this is the line I saw from the room earlier and where we were heading.
8:38am - Found the end of the line. Now we see how long to reach the park.
This was my first time being by the parking structures, I never ventured over here.
8:41am - Guests filling in behind us as the line continued to grow.
Watching Resort Liners pass by helped to pass the time as we waiting and slowly moved forward.
8:59am - Reached the end of the parking structure.
Looking back the crowd behind us looked to go further than when we joined.
9:24am - The reverse view from earlier.. looking out toward the Hilton
Almost to the split point.
Looking back.
9:27am - At the crosswalk and split point for the two checkpoints. It had started to drizzle now too.
They stopped us for guests crossing.
9:29am - The final stretch..
9:33am - Through security. About an hour after disembarking the monorail.
9:35am - In the park.
World Bazaar this morning.
9:39am - First stop to see about Standby for the 10:40am Club Mouse Beat show. Already at capacity, unfortunately.
So decided to give the Entry Request a try for a later show.
I failed again. 0 for 3 for the show. Also tried for Mickey's Magical Music World and failed on that so 0 for 6 for Disneyland shows this trip.
