A look outside before going to breakfast this morning, our last morning in Tokyo.

After breakfast back to the room to pack and some more picture off the balcony of course :)

Since we were all packed and ready to go and it was only 9am decided to go look around. Here we are cruising over the entrance to Tokyo DisneySea.
Arrived at the Gateway station around 9:15am.
Realized Ikspiari is mostly closed so walked toward the Disneyland Hotel.
Passing Bon Voyage
A Limo Bus in the bus area for Disneyland. We will be taking one of these to the airport.

The driver had a schedule posted. so we had 3 stops before leaving Disney. The Hilton then the two parks. Then 2 stops at the airport before ours.
11:22am and we are on the road.

12:06pm arriving at the airport. First two domestic terminal stops.
Then over to the International Terminal to be dropped off. There were minimal waits.. this picture was at 12:19pm
12:50pm and I am checked in, through security and immigration/customs and on my way to the lounge.
The Lounge was not crowded at all. Plenty of seats.

The steamer on the left had white rice.. found it funny the last day of nearly 2 weeks in Asia and my first time having rice!
2:12pm, our inbound flight landing on the fair side of the airport (you can see the plane just to the right of center).
2:22pm the plane arriving near the gate.
We were right above our gate so it turned and parked right below us.

3:17pm. Onboard. Here are the seats for this flight.
Henry (who I was bringing back to the States for a friend) was enjoying my seat along with my camera.

3:58pm and we are finally pushing back.
Here you can see the lounge on the top right. I was in that corner so I could look two directions.

4:07pm we are airborne.
Unfortunately by the time we took off the winds shifted so we were on the wrong side of the plane to see Disney.

A 9.5 hour flight estimate today.
Time to settle in.
I tried the beef again.. this time they were more accomodating and it is much less red.. maybe medium vs rare.
Dessert.
8:05am LA Time and time for a light breakfast.
What I ended up with. I did not like the choices so just some bread and juice.
The trip screen was not updating so the stats were not helpful.
9am and we are approaching the CA coast.
We were just north west of the Los Angeles area, close to Santa Barbara
9:28am flying over Ventura County. Below is Camarillo
Always fun to fly over territory you know. I live in that valley just above the center of the screen.

9:35am passing by LAX to get into the landing pattern.

We looped out to east LA and turned around. Here we are heading west, with downtown LA in the distance.
9:50am touchdown.
10:41am have our bags and waiting for the shuttle to the parking lot.
Thanks to the super efficient shuttle the couple mile trip took until 11:30am so nearly an hour. After this it was over an hour drive home to end our travel day. For those who have clicked through and read through all the posts thanks, hope you enjoyed. For those that have not why not?
