Tokyo Disneyland Resort Pictures
The text list below contains the captions of all images in the set.
Starting off with a quick look at something I forgot to take a picture of yesterday. A cast member gave us a birthday sticker for the 35th.
Today was a much more promising day weather wise. A look outside at 6:30am.
You could see the Tokyo Skyline fairly clear today.
Moving over to the other side of the hotel and a look at a much calmer Tokyo Bay.
Looking toward Mt. Fuji, no sign of the mountain though.. so it was clear but not that clear.
A look outside after breakfast.. it was 7:30am
A closer look at the Soaring building.
A closer look at Cinderella Castle
Downtown Tokyo, the back lighting made it seem darker than it was.
Our tickets for the next four days.
Arriving at Tokyo DisneySea at 8:23am
The first guests running in.
We were a little too anxious and arrived early.. the entrance lines were still backed up.
35th Anniversary banners.
We found the end of the line at 8:30am.
Current pricing.
A notice about the bag check.
Hours and information.
The Tokyo DisneySea Maritime Band was performing as we entered (it was 8:37am so only 7 minutes for that long line to move through security and park entrance)
Mickey airborne... this was a cell phone pic so I was pleased with the timing.
Here are some video clips of the Maritime Band performing.
Time to head into the park. The entrance featured Easter and 35th Anniversary decorations.
The most unique Disney park entrance. You pass under the hotel and the Mediterranean Harbor and beyond Mt. Prometheus come into view.
Guests already claiming their spots for the 9:30 character greeting.
A check of wait times at 8:45am
We won Big Band Beat tickets!
Passing by the American Waterfront.
Soaring construction from in the park. It will be interesting to see what this facade looks like.
Fortress Explorations
Not many guests heading to Port Discovery this morning.
Our destination in sight.. Finding Nemo SeaRider. It is new since my last visit.
Some railing or walkway renovation work.
Only a 10 minute wait so I decided to hop in line.
A great sight to see.
Caught up to the line.
Heading inside.
Inside you are split up half going to each theater/side.
The preshow is an introduction, assuming to the tech but it was in Japanese with no captions or translation so not quite sure.
At this point a cast member informed me no pictures allowed. So I had to put the camera away.
The view from the exit path of the SeaRider of the sea wall
Mt. Prometheus towering over Port Discovery.
Goofy was roaming around taking pictures and greeting guests.
At this point I moved on to catch the rest of my group that were on their way to the Aquatopia. Goofy came running after me and wanted to take a picture.
No wait for the Aquatopoia..
Some pictures from onboard the Aquatopia
After my ride I walked quickly back to the Mediterranean Harbor to catch the 9:30am show. This was snapped at 9:27am so I was cutting it close.
Walked down to the waterfront as it was starting.
This is the Happiest Celebration on the Sea greeting.
Here are a couple video clips of the Happiest Celebration on the Sea

Another look at the crowd. Notice the number of cameras with long lenses.. also how nothing is above head level.
They take their photography seriously here.. look at this long lens.
The crowd looking back toward the entrance.
Made my way back to Port Discovery to find the rest of my group that stayed behind.
The Port Discovery Golden Mickey (the Mickey statues for the 35th Anniversary are present in Tokyo DisneySea too)
A closer look.
I again left the group to get FastPasses for Journey to the Center of the Earth. Here I am entering Mysterious Island.
Not a bad return time.. only 40 minutes away.
Walking back to Port Discovery to find the gang.. no crowds in this area of the park this morning.
Looking behind me some guests but not many.
Next stop one of my favorite attractions, the DisneySea Electric Railway.
An empty queue means quick boarding but less Epcot music to listen to.
We ended up with a nearly empty car.
Video of my trip to the American Waterfront on the DisneySea Electric Railway.
The next train arriving (this is looking backwards toward Port Discovery where we just came from)
Out the side window.

An Easter Fashion Photo op.
The line for the photo op stretches all the way around the courtyard.
