Making our descent into the Tokyo Area just after 1:30pm after leaving Shanghai this morning.
The total distance between the two is just over 1,100 miles and it is roughly a 2.5 hour flight.

The pilot said it was going to be nice weather. But it sure looks cloudy and rainy out there.
Touching down at 1:47pm at Narita Airport just outside of Tokyo.

We had to wait to be towed into a gate.

The immigration/customs lines were slow moving.. we cleared the airport at 2:50pm and were waiting for our bus to Disney.
We had about a 20 minute wait.

A first glimpse at the parking lot construction.
4:13pm, so about an hour from the airport, checking into the Sheraton at the Sheraton Club on the 12th floor. This was our view while we waited.

A first look at the Fantasyland Expansion project. I believe that large building is the show building for the Beauty and the Beast attraction.
To the left in the foreground is more Fantasyland work in the background the parking structure project we drove by on the bus.

5:00pm all checked in and arriving at our room.

Our view.. we were just down the hall (closer to DisneySea) from the club so it was basically the same view.. but here some pictures.

Checked the hours for the park and ticket counter at the hotel for tomorrow. We were still finalizing our plans so did not want to purchase tickets until the morning.

Walked out and the Resort Cruiser was there and the driver was welcoming us aboard. If you are curious on time.. it was 5:34pm
At the Resort Line ready to buy our tickets at 5:38pm so its only a couple minute trip across the street.

5:46pm our train arrives.
Next stop Ikspiari and dinner. Construction at the former DVC location next to the Disney Store.
Spotted someone with a 35th Anniversary Popcorn Bucket.
It was a good 45 minute wait for a table at TGI Fridays. It was a Saturday night and busy. We figured everywhere else would be just as bad so just waited.
7:40pm done with dinner and decided to walk around Ikspiari for a while.
They are adding new shops.. disappointed most opened after our trip.
They have an Easter Egg Party going on.
Also advertising Coco.
After eating of course we look at sample plates and menus for other restaurants..

Next stop the Disney Ambassador Hotel.

Stopped by Festival Disney to check out the merchandise for the 35th and Easter.
First up 35th Anniversary.
There were two lines of 35th Anniversary.. here is a second.
There were a lot of people around the Easter shelves.. so just one pic of the Resort Cruiser.

As I walked back to Ikspiari seems the events center show let out and a lot of guests were walking through too. It was 8:10 so guess it ended at 8pm.
Most were walking to the JR Station so when I turned for the Disney Resort Line it was empty.

8:22pm and it was really quiet onboard.
Since it was quiet I went to the front.

Disney Resort Line rules at Bayside Station. If you were curious time.. 8:22pm was the empty train picture at the Gateway Station. This picture is 8:28pm so only 6 minutes later.
The Resort Cruiser was waiting so walked onboard for the short trip across the street.
At the Resort (8:32pm so 12 minutes from heading up the escalator at the Gateway Station).
Closing out this travel day with a final look out the window before closing the blinds. It was around 10:15pm
