- Our 11:20am bus arrived at 11:18 and we were on our way to the airport on time.
- First though a few stops around the Tokyo Disney Resort
- The Hilton was first.
- The street I walked back and forth across numerous times this trip.
- Moving around to the park side of the resort.
- Done making the rounds and heading to the Expressway at 11:45am
- Traffic as we approached downtown.
- Bullet trains in a yard along the road.
- Arriving at the airport, just past noon.
- We went to the two domestic terminals first.
- Off the bus and waiting to check in at 12:26pm
- Made our way up to the TAIT lounge since Delta does not have one here. Decided to start off with the breakfast offerings even though it was 1pm.
- A look around the food area.
- Not the best pictures since I was using a cell phone and snapping in between people, but you can get an idea for what was there. This was the Annex lounge which was close to our gate.
- A look into the lounge.
- Our plane arriving.
- Pulling into the gate.
- Looking across the bay toward Tokyo Disney Resort. The building just to the right of center is the Sheraton, to the left the Hilton.
- Time to head toward the gate.
- Onboard and seated at 3:13pm.
- A security officer on the tarmac.
- Pushed back and ready to start for home at 3:56pm
- The ground crew pauses to wave to us (this was after bowing, I missed that).
- Next in line for take off at 4:11pm
- On our way.
- A last look at Disney, the reverse shot from yesterday when I saw the plane take off at sunset.
- Only a little over 9 hours flying time tonight.
- A first look at the California Coastline. Thanks to the time change it is 7:48am on Friday, so we are arriving before we left :)
- We flew near where I live (about the center of this picture is home.. too bad have to go down to LAX and will not reach there for another 3 or 4 hours.
- Continuing east/southeast, flying by LAX to get into the landing pattern.
- The LA Memorial Coliseum and in the bottom left corner where I work.
- Downtown Los Angeles as we are on final approach.
- Just about to touch down and end our trip. It was 8:21am.
