Tokyo Disneyland Resort Pictures
The text list below contains the captions of all images in the set.
After dinner decided to catch Fantasmic from Fortress Explorations.
One of the barges raised it projector in preparation to show some video on a water screen off the bow of the boat.
The central water screen preparing to go.
Plenty of fire visible from this angle.
Behind me Mt Prometheus spitting fire too.
The harbor on fire.
Maleficent in dragon form is not that impressive from the backside.
Here are some video clips from this vantage point of Fantasmic!
Thought it was interesting on the spot light lift the sponsor name was lit up.
Paid a visit to Mysterious Island
A video clip looking around Mysterious Island.
The tree in Waterfront Park.
The Crystal in Waterfront Park.
Since you are not allowed to have a tripod or selfie stick many guests instead just prop their cameras on the ground for pictures.
Tower of Terror this evening.
The SS Columbia and American Waterfront as A Table is Waiting is being performed.
Most of the boats in the New York Harbor are decorated for Christmas.
The finale of A Table is Waiting: Christmas Cuisine
A couple clips from the finale.
Another look at the Crystal.
Not sure why I took a picture of this boat at night..
The SS Columbia this evening.
Looking across at the New York Harbor.
I walked out to an observation area for a slightly different angle.
Looking back at the bridge and American Waterfront.
At this point decided since I had time and it was a pleasant evening to experiment with some longer exposure pictures.. which is always a fun challenge with no tripod.
This picture and the next are taken moments apart but I thought it interesting to see the water level change on the Columbia.
Moving on to the Cape Cod area.. a 20 second exposure to capture this one.
Thought it may be fun to capture a Steamer passing by. Too bad the wind was blowing the rigging in the foreground.
The Cape Cod waterfront decked out for Christmas.
Mt Prometheus looking in the background.
Jumping back to the New York Harbor side and Tower of Terror in the background.
Walking through the Cape Cod area.
From the shore of Cape Cod.
The Columbia in the distance.
From the lighthouse rocks, Cape Cod
Moving on to Port Discovery
Approaching the Lost River Delta
The Indiana Jones Temple rising above the tree line.
A closer look at the Temple
Sometimes the mistake shots are interesting.. here captures some of the trashcan I was using for the camera as well as ghost guests.. it is hard to find a 30 second window for a picture.
Raging Spirits.
Arabian Coast, thought the clouds came out well in this one.
Another mistake shot that was interesting.. was trying to capture Mt. Prometheus and moved the camera.. the long exposure and lights almost look like lava.
My favorite shot from the night. I thought the smoke with the 25 second exposure time looked really cool (this is exactly how it was captured I do not do any post production work).
A wider view and slightly longer exposure (30 seconds)
Mermaid Lagoon
Passing through Mysterious Island for one last time.
Decided to try Colors of Christmas: Nighttime Wishes from Fortress Explorations.
A video clip of Colors of Christmas
While the show was going on I walked toward the exit
The moon was out behind the ship at the entrance to the park. Looked more like a light in my picture though... someday I need to learn to take good moon pictures.
A final look at Walt and Mickey as I bid goodbye to Tokyo DisneySea.
Park Hopping at this hour from DisneySea to Disneyland was a breeze.. 11 minutes elapse only.
A last walk up World Bazaar.
Found a spot near Walt and Mickey at 8:27pm for the 8:30 Sky High Wishes fireworks.
Cinderella Castle
Spotlights indicate the start the of the show.
The fireworks go off between Partners and the Castle from the angle I was at tonight.
Next up Once Upon a time.
Dopey...
Time to head for the exit and wrap up my park time this trip.
A final look at the entrance marquee as I bid farewell to Tokyo Disneyland.
