- Last morning waking up with a view of Shanghai Disneyland. A look outside at 5:18am on a hazy morning.
- We had the day bed out to pack a suitcase on. A look at the art work inside.
- Had a few minutes so took a walk down to look at a quiet lobby from above.
- The TV Channel Choices.
- In the night stand there is a flashlight available.
- Had some time while others finished up so here are some random pictures from around the room.. starting with the closet.
- A hair dryer is in the drawer in the bathroom.
- A step as well as scale also in the bathroom.

- 6:35pm and we are on our way. 10 minutes ahead of schedule.
- Some pictures from the trip to the airport now.

- Arriving at PVG Airport (6:53am - so under 20 minutes drive time to the entrance)
- The terminals felt spread out with a lot of roads in between.
- 6:56am unloading the van.. so 20 minutes door to door.
- Found the Delta check in but they are not open yet. They open approx 3 hours before the flight and we are slightly earlier than that. It is 7am
- It took us an hour to get checked in, through security, through immigration/customs, then to the lounge area. It is now 8:06am.
- Found a seat upstairs in the lounge.
- These were their signature chairs.. I took a look but did not try them.
- The first level of the lounge had a small food area. Some of the drink assortment.
- A quick look at the food choices here.
- Upstairs there were some drinks and snack items plus some bread/croissants.
- A board nearby our seat to check flight information.
- We found this room with no one in it and moved in there to eat and rest.
- There were also a couple of conference rooms.
- At 9am we decided to head for the gate. The flight time had been moved up and boarding moved to 9:20am.
- Arrived at our gate at 9:10am and they had already started boarding.
- We had to take a shuttle out to our plane.
- There is the plane parked on the tarmac.
- Onboard at 9:26am. Here is my seat for the flight.
- This was a Delta 767 and it felt old. Here is the view from the seat.
- Looking out my window.
- Looking back at the terminal as we waited for everyone to board.
- Took a look at the lunch menu.
- 10:02am and we are in motion.
- 10:18am and we are airborne and on our way to Tokyo.
- A final look at Shanghai before we are in the clouds/haze and the view is gone.

- We were scheduled to get in an hour early.

- I choose the beef and asked for well done.
- This is what I got.. no where near well done. I was disappointed as it looked like a decent meal.. the flight attendant basically shrugged and walked away when I asked if there was anything they could do.. even heating it up longer.
