Time to walk around the other parts of the park. So I walked past the castle on the right this time and into Treasure Cove.
To the right are the Explorer Canoes that go around the lake (no Tom Sawyer Island here)
In the distance you can see Adventure Isle the crane on the right is working on Roaring Rapids.
Turning further left you can see Treasure Cove and the two pirate ships along the shore.
The canoes pass right by these interactive attractions.
Adventure Isle in the distance.
The same popcorn buckets available here as Tomorrowland.
A park area as you enter the land. The map shows it as a smoking area.
As you walk further into Treasure Cove you come upon the entrance to Pirates of the Caribbean, the signature attraction.
Wait times were pushing an hour so I opted to keep exploring the park and visit later with a shorter time or when the weather was not as good.
One of the snack locations along the path.
In the background you can see the massive show building for Pirates towering over the land.
Adventure Isle from Treasure Cove
Oops someone lost their paddle.
The main dining location here is Barbossa's Bounty. I look more in depth at it later.

Next up Tortuga Treats which specializes in Turkey legs. When it is open the line stretches a long way. It is not even 11am yet so it is not open.
The castle from Treasure Cove.
Transitioning to Adventure Isle.
Stone creatures are throughout the land.
Adventure Isle trash cans are not that interesting.
Stopped by Camp Discovery to take a look around. This area houses three attractions.
A map showing Camp Discovery and the attractions within.
The prime attraction here are the Challenge Trails. You can see the rope courses weaving around the mountain.
There are three different courses and within each course options on the path you take. The wait times were well over an hour most of my trip for this with only a couple of exceptions.
Right now it was 105 minutes at 11:08am.
I walked around the Vista Trail which gives great views of the trails.
Entering a cave..
A closer look at how the ropes are channeled through the course.
