The text list below contains the captions of all images in the set.
Making my way through Frontierland.
Merida has a Meet and Greet near the Cottonwood Creek Ranch area.
Time to head to the ranch which is open today for Halloween festivities.
Pluto coming down the trail toward me.
Goofy was right behind him.
Goofy paused for a picture.
Mickey is available in the ranch for pictures at an area they call La boite a citrouilles de Mickey (Mickeys Box of Pumpkins)
A look around the area.
The umbrellas are where Mickey is.
Mickey in his Halloween finest.
Striking a pose for me.
The treats for visiting Mickey (same as Jack) and the PhotoPass card..
This area was used for the Frozen festivities over the summer. Some elements remain like the trading post.
A sleigh from the Frozen photo spot.
The Chaparral Theater was not in use for Halloween.
Looking out toward the train tracks which are also not in use, due to renovations elsewhere on the line.
The Frontierland Depot
This area looked great to me.. only wish I could get a picture with a steam train passing through!
Turning around.
A closer look at the theater.
I rounded the corner and ran into these two again.
I had them to myself for several minutes which was great!
The trashcans still had Frozen touches.
The line for Mickey was short still.. only a couple groups.
Here is some video I shot in the Cottonwood Creek Ranch area.
Heading back toward the main part of Frontierland.
Near Big Thunder
No wait at 1pm.. well 10 minutes but it looked less.
Some of the custodial cast members had area specific costumes.. most areas in the US parks do not do this anymore.
Rustler Roundup Shootin Gallery
A video clip of the shooting gallery
The Molly Brown and Phantom Manor behind it.
Not very crowded this afternoon as you can see.
No signs of life at the pumpkin carving booth.
Had some time before dinner so stopped by Phantom Manor
A look out to Frontierland from the porch of the Manor.
This trip through I took video. So here is a very very dark look at Phantom Manor.. it does not do the attraction justice but it is a look at it.
Lunch this afternoon at the Silver Spur Steakhouse
A look at the menu
A look inside. The center portion had a handful of tables filled. The outer wings were more empty.
The waiting area.
The view from my seat.
the lights
The Prawn cocktail. The waiter let use substitute starters from the Sheriffs Menu (which was the less expensive one)
Chicken Caesar Salad (again from the Sheriffs Menu)
Beef Carpaccio with chopped hazelnuts (this was from the Cowboy Menu or the one that was included on our Plus package).
The chicken dish.
Salmon roasted in a pistachio crust
My flank steak
For dessert Rasberry chocolate cake
I had vanilla ice cream
The kitchen from our table
Throughout the meal a piano player would come out and play for a few minutes.
Here is a video clip of the piano player in action.
On my way out.
Walking back through Frontierland toward Main Street.
That wraps up Frontierland and this section.
