Disneyland Paris Resort Pictures
The text list below contains the captions of all images in the set.
After the parade went in search of dinner.. which was frustrating due to so much closing before the parade! Here is a random picture of a restroom sign in Fantasyland though.
Stopped by Au Chalet De La Marionnnette (Their Village Haus) and found it empty and closing.
Eventually figured out Cafe Hyperion was one of the few choices still open so headed that way. Along the way here are the waits for Discoveryland as of 6:30pm.
On my way to Cafe Hyperion.
We were hungry and it was open so went with burgers. Here is a look at what I got with my meal voucher.. not really a good use of it coming in at around 18 euros but we did not want to keep looking or go get a big meal.
A closer look at the burger which turned out to be ok by theme park standards.
Someone had the idea of ice cream for dessert.. well Gibson Girl was long closed. As were many of the stands around the park.
So instead roamed the shops a bit.
Inside the bakery.
Plenty of people here since it was one of the few locations to get something to eat still open.
Random Disneyland shirt.
Star Wars merchandise was in several stores.
One of the few French references in the park (that was not merchandise)
Paris was on some merchandise. Much more than we saw with Hong Kong and Tokyo but nothing I really wanted to own unfortunately.
Spent some time hanging out in the Discovery Arcade waiting for Disney Dreams.
From Main Street
A look around the arcade.
One of several display cases.
The signage was in English and French describing what was inside.
Leading out to Flower Street (center street)
Some of the store fronts in the arcade. Nothing was open though.
The sign on the hub side (the one on the Town Square side was missing).
Found a spot for Disney Dreams. Since I enjoyed it last night from mid street took the others there tonight. This was just past 8pm for the 8:30 show.
Show time.
A few minutes into the show my view disappeared tonight.
Tonight I took some video. Here is the Lion King segment.
The Frozen - Let it Go! Segment. Listen to the crowds reaction... just like everywhere else on the planet it sparks a reaction. Also interesting every time I saw the show large numbers of guests sung along.. they would be talking in whatever language was native to them but for Let it Go they sung loud and in English.
Tangled segment
A clip from the finale of Disney Dreams!
The crowd leaving the park and heading for the train, parking lot, buses and hotels.
The Disney Village had a good crowd this evening. It was earlier.. only a little after 9pm as I walked through (the park closed at 8:30 with Disney Dreams). This wraps up day 2. Tomorrow its off to the Studios and my last Disney park.
