The text list below contains the captions of all images in the set.

  • The view from our room at the Disneyland Hotel this morning.
  • A video taken from the balcony.
  • Looking out from the hotel toward the city.
  • The popcorn container design.
  • A look at the maze in the courtyard/garden of the Disneyland Hotel
  • A guest running through the maze.
  • The lobby was quiet as usual.
  • Walked downstairs and spotted Mickey making the rounds in the Enchanted Garden.
  • The maze from ground level
  • The garden nearby the maze
  • Heading in...
  • Adults can see over the hedges without too much of a problem.
  • The walkways are rather narrow (and this morning moist)
  • There were some pass throughs too.
  • Looking up at the hotel from the maze
  • There is a gazebo in the garden too.
  • Looking out from the gazebo
  • Heading toward the water promenade
  • Looking back.
  • Looking toward the Explorers Lodge and Hollywood Hotel (beyond the trees, you cannot see either)
  • Interesting to have this big walkway inside the hotel grounds then on the other side of the fence another one along the water.
  • Now outside the gate and walking along the water. Today may be the clearest morning of the trip.
  • I walked up the path toward the Hollywood Hotel to see if you could get any interesting shots of the Explorers Lodge construction. This was among the best..
  • Looking back.
  • You do get some great views in toward the city.
  • The path keeps curving so you really cannot see the too far in front of you heading toward the Hollywood Hotel
  • Looks like a power plant on the far shore.
  • A look into the construction area.. again you cannot see much.
  • I doubled back and walked by the ferry pier. Locals out fishing on the pier.
  • A play area on the Disneyland Hotel grounds (this is behind the pool. I never walked out there though, looks to be about the same as the one at the Hollywood Hotel).
  • The Ferry Pier is not in use. So it sits idle with the gates closed.
  • Some rules.
  • Now I will take the Park Promenade to Disneyland.
  • As usual no one on the walkway.
  • Last morning passing this way tomorrow we leave for Tokyo.
  • Guests arriving in the distance from the MTR station and parking lots.
  • Guests at a cart.. I did not walk over to see what was for sale.
  • No line to get in, they had already opened the gates.
  • In the park about 15 minutes before opening.
  • Mickey and Minnie greeting guests in Town Square.
  • Main Street USA this morning.
  • Set up for a performing art group in front of the Opera House
  • Duffy was out taking pictures.. I opted to go get breakfast instead.
  • First stop the bakery to see what was available this morning.
  • Opted instead for fresh waffles.
  • Birds took over a near by table when some guests left their trash unattended.
  • Took a quick look in the locker area..
  • The napkins are smaller here.. but they have the park logo on them!
  • Still had a few minutes till rope drop so walked through some stores.
  • Paint the Night items
  • Time for rope drop. I recorded as I walked (not a wise idea) but gives you an idea of the scene.
  • Guests heading toward the Pin Trading day/merchandise line.
  • The line looked line but this was nothing compared to later when it almost reached the Jungle Cruise.
  • In Fantasyland ran into another line. This one was for tickets to meet Anna & Elsa.
  • They were handing them out in front of Pooh Corner.
  • Looking toward Fantasy Gardens
  • We decided to stop by Dumbo first this morning.
  • No wait yet.
  • The Fantasyland Train Station
  • Construction going on nearby. A cast member said it was going to be a play area for kids. They did not know the theme.
  • My boarding pass.
  • Time to fly.
  • A look over the construction wall from onboard Dumbo
  • Fantasyland was quiet
  • A point of view video of some of the flight.
  • Next up Winnie the Pooh to get some video.
  • Decided to grab a FastPass too since I had not yet.
  • There was no line so here are some pics of the queue
  • Here is a point of view video of the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
  • At the exit you can view your photo
  • A look around the gift shop, Poohs Corner.
  • Outside the Frozen line was still back to the Castle and they had just cut it off for the day.
  • You can sort of see a ticket in the cast members hand.
  • Next up Cinderella Carousel
  • A point of view ride aboard Cinderella Carousel
  • Next up the Mad Hatter Tea Cups
  • The cups seemed really small to me.
  • A point of view video from my spin on the Tea Cups..
  • Festival of Foods trash cans.
  • A look around Festival of Foods.
  • Inside there were a couple of windows stations to choose from.
  • The Storybook Theater houses the Golden Mickeys. Will be going there later today for a show.
  • A popcorn cart nearby.
  • Looking down the parade route you can see the Festival of the Lion King in Adventureland from here.
  • I turned into Tomorrowland. Ironman construction.
  • Space Mountain was a walk on.
  • A video look around Tomorrowland
  • An Autopia car passing overhead.
  • A line for the Orbitron
  • The popcorn rover

  • Passing by the Castle
  • Sleeping Beauty was out meeting guests.
  • A look at some of the Springtime displays in the hub
  • The Disneyland Band was performing. Here is their Let it Go
  • They choose some guests to guest conduct.
  • From Finding Nemo...
  • The sign for the Pin Trading Fun Day which from what I saw was more a merchandise buying opportunity than actual trading.
  • The line for the pins stretched into Adventureland
  • The line goes off toward the Jungle River Cruise
  • The guests in line had their pins and this was actually just a check out line.
  • Interesting. Cast Members had carts/boxes and were going down the line passing out the merchandise.
  • The line just kept going
  • One of the pins that were for sale.
  • The view from the end of the line (I did not purchase anything.. the line was way longer than my patience)
  • The end of the line.
  • I always enjoy looking at the various signs around the parks.
  • Tarzans Treehouse
  • The Tahitian Terrace
  • Professor Porters Trading Post
  • Restroom break
  • Some coins.. interesting to see Pirates since they do not have the attraction here.
  • This wraps up the first part of the day. Next up a trip out to the island.
