- The Holiday season wraps up Sunday at the parks.

- A scheduled Astro Orbitor renovation is underway. The ride has been removed as it has in past ones.
- Does not look like anything is going on with this walled off area, thought maybe during the renovation they would finish this up.
- The Disney100 Minnie Mouse statue is in the hub, all other signs of the celebration appear to be gone.

- An extended queue set up for Pirates and they were working to fill it.

- Passing by the Haunted Mansion which was between 45-60 minutes most of the day when I checked.
- A couple of workers were inspecting the Mark Twain, no signs of other work going on this morning.
- There was a lot of activity at Tiana's Bayou Adventure

- Looks like they will be enclosing a portion of the flume. Steel has been erected on this portion visible from near the meet and greet area.

- An extended queue is set up for Winnie the Pooh today but not in use at the moment.

- Runaway Railway was down. The scaffolding that was up behind it is gone and no substantial changes jump out on a first look.

- This is the last weekend for the Tale of the Lion King show.

- The concrete replacement project has moved to right in front of the Star Wars Trading post.

- The board shows three trains this afternoon and the one I am waiting for just left Toontown.
- 1:23pm - Watching the Dapper Dans while waiting for the train.
- Goofy was making the rounds in Town Square
- As was Mickey (I also spotted Chip n Dale and Minnie Mouse)
- Monorail Blue still has the Disney100 wrap
- 1:35pm - My train arriving.

- Walls are still up around the building that had the fire in Dec 2022.

- Goofy was having some sort of problem. He crossed his arms and froze. The parade stopped just past us, a cast member approached him then after a minute the parade continued.

- 2:21pm - Decided to hop in line for it's a small world holiday.

- Santa was having microphone issues as the float pulled out, sounded like they decided to turn it off.
- 2:35pm - Onboard and setting sail. So the 15 minutes was just about right this time.
- Timon was not popping up when we cruised by.
- There were a handful of other dolls not moving too on this cruise through. The attraction goes down for swap back to the regular show Monday.
- There were still a lot of guests moving around when we exited.
- Stopped to see the Disneyland Band at Sleeping Beauty Castle

- The fire house bell has not returned for those of you tracking it.

- Crossed paths with Judy making her way to the location

- The extended queue was in use for the Little Mermaid. The standby was posted at 20 minutes
- A little congestion due to a Viva Navidad Street Party ending recently

- This little courtyard was also celebrating Three Kings Day, just like recent years
- No activities this afternoon, they must have been earlier in the day only.
