10:07am - Parked on the Donald level this morning.
10:22am - Through security and ready to hike to the park.
The escalators for the 5th and 6th floor of the Pixar Pals parking structure were closed this morning.
On my way to the parks.
The walk is slightly longer. The tram stop area is behind fences right now.
The lane closest to the stop on both sides was dug up and looks to be in the process of being replaced.
There was a fine midst this morning so everything was damp or wet.
10:41am - Arriving on Main Street USA.
This is the final weekend for the Christmas season. Next week everything will be packed away until November.

Jungle Cruise was using the upstairs queue space this morning.
The treehouse renovation continues.
Haunted Mansion Holiday ends its season Sunday. So wanted to get one last ride in.
10:49am - Entering the queue, posted wait time was 35 minutes.
Some fresh sod in park area.
Not sure I have taken a picture of this, but the former FastPass distribution area is set up as extended queue space. It was not in use this morning.

11:26am - Entering the foyer - 37 minute wait
Jack was still outside as we departed.
Random Mailbox picture as I was waiting for my order at Stage Door Cafe. This looked to have been repainted recently.
Jack and Sally were both out greeting guests as I passed by the Mansion again.

Rather gloomy and cool at 12:24pm
The Pearly Band and Miguel were out.
The Monorail in the background was just sitting there with guests in it.
12:37pm - Posted 25 minute wait for it's a small world holiday. You have a few more weeks of cruises. It runs through the 23rd this year.
The wait did not look 25 minutes so we hopped in line.
Monorail blue was still stopped.
12:50 - We are on our way. So about a 12 minute wait.
Boats looked to be getting closer together as we floated through this room.
Boats were backed up and inching along by this point.
It was about 1:15 when we finally exited our boat. So it was a 25 minute cruise today.
The bricks on the right still look discolored compared to the left side.
Walls up at the Fantasyland theatre as it prepares for some new offerings in the coming weeks/months.
Not a lot of visible progress on the hills since last visit.
They were working on the El Capitoon this morning.
New steel going in at the front of the former Gag Factory.

1:43pm - Main Street USA
Town Square had plenty of seating available for the parade.
The Disneyland Band making its way along the Parade Route.
No characters accompanying them today.

2:11pm - Crossing the Esplanade to Disney California Adventure.
Looking back at Disneyland.
The Churro line here was long too, but not nearly as long as Disneyland.
2:15pm - Some Disney California Adventure waits.

The line for Dr. Strange: Mysteries of the Mystic Arts stretched toward Cars Land.

Paradise Bay this afternoon. Not much visible progress since last visit.
The birds look to like the projector platform.
A look across the bay reveals little visible change/progress on the new projector housings.
Three Country Bears were out as I walked thr Grizzly Recreation Area.
They decided to call a meeting.
Then they were helping to frame pictures.
Goofy was dressed as Santa in the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail.
If you were curious the churro line was still fairly long.
After rounding up the nephews returned to Redwood Creek to visit Goofy.
Then we had to run around the area for a while. A random picture while I chased/waited for them.
Made our way out to Paradise Gardens for Viva Navidad next.

Viva Navidad is celebrating Dia de Reyes this week.
No one out for pictures when I walked by.

The Dia de Reyes area is this small area. (Sorry for the blurry picture.. did not realize it at the time and only took one)
The area featured the same photo op and props as years past.

Arrived on Main Street USA as A Christmas Fantasy Parade was just stepping off.
Took the east side by pass.
4:45pm - 10 minute wait for Buzz Lightyear
4:58pm - Just about to board.. so a 13 minute wait.
My score this afternoon, even though the on ride photo said 0 points.
5:20pm - Main Street USA
Dapper Dans performing.
Ate outside at Smokejumpers this evening.
Some of the group opted for the Quantum Pretzel from Pym Test Kitchen instead.

The queue for WEB Slingers did not look too bad.
6:13pm - The app map said 75 minutes, Genie Tip page 80 minutes and sign says 65 minutes.
The first section was not in use.
We had a 10-15 minute delay due to the attraction going down.. but are moving again.
7:02pm - In the preshow room. So about 50 minutes. Would have been a little over half an hour if it had not gone down.
7:14pm - Boarding our vehicle. (About an hour after entering queue).
7:19pm - Just about to pull into the unload area.
Ran over to Disneyland to catch the 7:30pm Wintertime Enchantment
Snow projections (the snow effect looked good but I was chasing my nephew and no pictures this evening).
7:35pm - Main Street USA

A well spaced crowd watching the performance.
A couple final looks around Main Street with the Christmas tree and lights. This will be my last visit of the season to see them.
7:50pm - Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Cafe was already closed for the evening. Heard it closed at 7:00pm.
Smokejumpers was also closed already.
Walked through Grizzly Recreation Area.

The incline lights were not working properly this evening.

Ls Brea closed early today.
Gingerbread house inside La Brea Bakery.
Jamba Juice was also closed.
Pele Soccer was open but empty, this store opened since my last visit to the area.
Next door, Lovepop opened since my last visit too
Downtown Disney Christmas decorations
The Monorail was closed due to the fireworks in 20 minutes.
The monorail will be closing later this month for construction work. The building housing Starbucks, AMC, Earl of Sandwich will be removed to make way for a new expansion to Downtown Disney.
Here you can see how close the building is to the track.
The area was quiet this evening with Starbucks closing early.
Sugarboo & Co also closed early for the day.
And they are only open for another week.
Not many people outside this evening either.

Barriers up to try and convince guests to hike around on the walkway vs cutting through the parking lot. If they opened the north security checkpoint that may help. Having to walk by a checkpoint you can not use and circling around the former ESPN build
8:55pm - Almost back to the car. The Pixar Pals 5th floor escalators were still closed/blocked off.
